Superior Cart — Wrong products received

Placed cod order for one vegetable fruit juicer as per demonstration in their shopping portal a few days back. But the product actually delivered to me through blue dart in 14.08.2020 is not matching with the one demonstrated by them. I immediately need replacement of the same.

I had ordered for a Chair on 10th October 2024. The required payment was made by UPI with ref #16879459 . The reference number was provided by Whats App from Dukaan Support. Messages to this Whats App elicit no reply. Except for this acknowledgement for payment, I have received no further information from the agency, I have also not received any reply to my emails. Is this a Superior Cart a genuine company?
