Superior Cart Complaints & Reviews

I had ordered for a Chair on 10th October 2024. The required payment was made by UPI with ref #16879459 . The reference number was provided by Whats App from Dukaan Support. Messages to this Whats App elicit no reply. Except for this acknowledgement for payment, I have received no further information from the agency, I have also not received any reply to my emails. Is this a Superior Cart a genuine company?

I had ordered an trendy fruit and vegetables juicer through superior cart worth 799 inr and i have received a lemon squeezer just worth 50 something. And now i am unable to contact the company via email or phone number or anything. The phone numbers are switched off, the email id's are wrong. This is a case of fraud. I am attaching the bill given with the address and phone number of the sender written.

I ordered 2 multipurpose vegetable and fruits juicer but i received 1 handy lemon squeezer, neither mail escalation nor phone is answering from them.
