I booked a unit in supertech hues in 2014 under the subvention scheme. As per the mou, supertech was supposed to pay the pre emis. But since november 2018, they have stopped paying. I have been making repeated calls to miss ankita dixit and her team. But they have been fooling around ever since. If there is someone who is planning to take legal action then please let me know. I have had enough with this fraud company. Please reach me on nine eight one one three three seven five four five.

Unfortunately i have trusted and booked a villa in your sports village Noida extension project in 2014. Hand over of the same was promissed by Mar 2018. But even after 1 year there is no news or comunication from your end to me. I am paying huge amount of interest monthly to bank. Now bank has notified me that they will be downsizing my loan to actual disbursal amount only and no further trench will be disbursed to developer due to delay. I am stuck between bank and supertech. How do i get compensation of my losses.

I live in supertech ecovillage 1, greater noida west. They do power cut most of the times to charge more for power backup and even maintenance office of the concerned project is not picking the calls. We are normal people, we are not businessman so think twice before doing anything wrong. We paid huge amount of our earning to purchase a home and pay maintenance charges for the same but face problems every time. As far as power cut is concerned i think in recent time government is doing great job for power supply and even remote locations having good power supply then how come in greater noida west power cut is so frequent and even for 3-4 hours in one shot.in a month there are 10 times this happens. I don't know in which era we live.

I booked my flat in c4-upcountry in dec-2014 under subvention scheme. I was promised that you will get possession by march-2015. However its been more than 5 years i did not get possession. There is no any assurance from them who can tell us the exact status of the project. No customer support system, no web site, no email response nothing from their end.
Past 8 months they stopped paying pre-emi amounts also they stopped responding to my emails, phones, text messages etc. So many times i called them but no any response from them.

Sir, i am a serving soldier of the indian air force. I (Crl number 10
39903) have booked a flat in eco-village-2 b8 tower flat no 1506 in february 2011 vide allotment letter number stc/booking/2011/3023564/n234357 dated to 22 feb 2011, under the flexi plan of payment. As per your terms and conditions, i have paid all the installment, except the last installment (5%) which is to be paid on possession. Despite paying every installment on time, i am still waiting for the possession of the flat even after 8 years.

I have taken a loan for this housing unit from hdfc for which i have already paid interest more than 6 lakh till date and paying emi of rs 14900/- per month apart from the rent of rs16000/- for the house, i am residing with my family.

Being a serving soldier, a disciplined person, serving in most critical places in j&k and leaving my family behind, changing rent rooms very frequently, now my patience has exhausted. I have no choice except sitting on a hunger strike in front of your office, if not allotted the flat at the earliest on top priority.

I again request you to provide me the possession of the flat at the earliest.

With the hope to listen from you a favorable action on your part, thus giving at least some respect to the request of a soldier who awakens on the borders to make you sleep peacefully with your family in your own house (Not on rent, like me).

I was told that 3BHK flat, no L1d in low rise, in Hilltown View Project of Supertech will cost me around 64Lakh by Supertech channel partner Mr. Aman Katana and Ankit Katana from "Team Realistic One PVt Ltd" by giving me fake price of 3 BHK 1720 sqft flat in low rise apartments. It was told that

I have cancelled my booking because I can't pay 88 Lakhs which is the right costing given by Mr Rahul Dewani from Supertech on 02 April 2018 .

I paid 21000₹ by debit card to Supertech, payment slip is also attached for your reference on 24-March-2018.

I meet Supertech Hilltown project head Mr. Jagat and complaint about this but they didn't take action, I also wrote many mails on 02 April, 13 April, 12 Oct -18 but nobody replied.

please help me to get my advance amount return with Bank interest & penalize them for such fraud practices.

This to bring to your attention that I have been running from pillar to post to arrive at a solution in regards to my investment made in Supertech for a flat that I see far from a fully constructed or Handover state. I initially invested in Officer's enclave in 2016 from which I had to switch my money with a lot of struggle through few other projects (I call it a nuisance or misguidance) to land up with Azalia.I somehow was convinced as Azalia was at least at a preliminary stage of being constructed in comparisson to others that I had to forgo and struggle a lot to switch my money from as they were neither RERA approved nor were showing signs of construction with several months passing by. Azalia is the one I currently have my money transferred to and this project is also looking like a distant dream to get delivered maybe in the next 10 years or so.
My Loan account is with INDIABULLS and they will start debiting EMIs from year 2020 February as told by them to me recently.I am a salaried person who wanted a house of his own in Gurgaon but right now I feel Supertech has cheated me. The builder has set me up against an absolute diabolical predicament. Come Feb'2020 and I have to pay rent to my landlord as well as EMI to India Bulls without a flat. Supertech is supposed to pay my EMI as per the tripartite agreement but I have every doubt that would happen after the feedback and unresolved grievances of customers I have come across against SUPERTECH builders.

I have bought a 2bhk and study apartment in golf village in the year 2013. It was promised to be delivered by dec 2017,
But there is no sign of its completion.

I visited last year in march, 2018 and visit today 6 apr, 2019. Not a single improvment. I shocked to know that no work going on in this project
Since last 6-7 months as i asked on site present people. Completely work shutdown. No exact reason shared by on-site person present on reception.

I want to withdraw this property and want my money back. Please let me know how i can do that.

This complaint is in regard to disturbance caused by 3 dogs in my area. They randomly start chasing people including kids and older ones. It also has been noticed that they have started biting the passerby. These dogs roam around my house so its really difficult for us to pass by them.
They really don't fear anything from, even if we try to scare them.
I request you to take appropriate actions as soon as possible so no serious harm occurs.
Please note that this area (Convent of rani jhansi school, sector 8, rk puram, new delhi-22) includes a school for nursery and kg kids as well.

I have book a flat in march 2013 in supertech eco village 3 its was on 24th floor at that time my tower b-25 was 25 floor building. After some time they told me our two floor not approve then they allotted me top floor. At the time of booking they commit possession will me given in december 2016, but till date i did not get possession, i was visit my tower recently only brick work is complete. It will take 1 year if they on that properly, they are not working on that tower from last 4 year, its in same status from last 4 years.

I am in a deep depression because of supertech. I am paying emi from last year and paying rent as well.

This to bring to your knowledge that I have booked a flat in Hill Crest Sohna Road Gurugram (377B 2nd floor) under a subvention payment plan and got the housing loan sanctioned in the month of August 2016(HHLAJ[protected]. As per records Indiabulls has paid Rs 4000000 (forty lacs) and we have paid Rs 5, 3, 490 (Five lacs sixty-three thousand four hundred) Thus M/s Supertech has already received Rs 45, 63, 490(Forty-five lacs sixty-three thousand four hundred ninety ) you may also check your statement of accounts. As per MOU, the possession of the flat was due in Oct 2018. However, the company stopped its construction activities at Hillcrest site since last one year and India Bulls release money in spite of the assurance that it will keep a track of the construction. India bulls at the signing of loan agreement assured us that it does physical visit and monitor the project. As per the MOU Supertech to pay Pre EMI if the unit gets delayed even after 36 months till possession. However, Supertech did not do so for the last 4 months. Indiabulls pressing very hard to make the payment. I failed to understand where the home buyer at fault.
I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue immediately so that I am not harassed by Indiabulls. Also please inform me when the Supertech will restart the construction work at Hillcrest site.

1) the sole purpose of booking this flat on 01st september 2015, was to cater to my need of shifting my parents to a city with better hospitals, convenience and lifestyle.
2) when i booked this property, i was assured that the possession of this flat is in december 2016 as already mention in bba.
3) we have already paid inr 90% of flat amount.
4) upon arrival to check the flat, she is told that the flat is undergoing finishing and will take 4-5 months more.

I am very disappointed. This deal is unethical. It has caused me
A) reputation loss,
B) loss of my saving to huge emi,

I have sent a final notification to cancel my booking and advise how much time will it take to refund my money.

Greetings!
This is to inform you that the Interest subvention period for my home
loan with HDFC has ended in JAN-18.
I have been paying the Pre-EMI Interest / EMI from FEB-18, as per the terms of my loan.
Although Supertech has requested me to provide the details of bank account and relevant information for releasing my payment, there has been no single EMI paid back to me so far.
I request your good self to look into matter and provide necessary assistance as I am hard pressed paying rent and EMI both.

I had bought a flat 1308 in nicholas czar. Last year when we went to site we found it seaied. Noone from the vendor has ever contacted us for any update. I wonder how is the construction is done and the flat has been sold without proper legal traits. My ready flat is aging without being used and we are suffering as we have spent our all hard earned money on it. Now we are paying rent + emi which is very high on us.
Please provide a solution.

This is regarding the flat which i booked in the supertech ecovillage 2 project in jan 2013 with a commitment that supertech will give possession within 3 years time line by 2015 which is written in allotment letter as well.

I have already paid 98% of the flat amount as per the plan but till date there is no visibility of flat possession. I have done multiple level of follow ups with multiple people in supertech through all possible mode of communication i. E phone, mail and meeting but every time they are giving fake commitments which has no connection to reality. I am highly disappointed and feeling cheated after waiting for so long time without any visibility of completing this project.

I have been in discussion with their project head rajeev - [protected] for quite long time now but every time he give fake commitment which never meet. Recently he told me that management has put this project on hold. I am getting frustated with their behaviour and response and have no hopes left with anyone in supertech.

After paying 98% amount to supertech and after having long discussions with every one in supertech we have no hopes left with this flat possession now.

Request you to please look into this matter and help me in getting my paid amount back with interest applicable till date.

I have booked r004sr30313 czar suites in tower socrates3 on 10.07.2013 and i was supposed to get possession on 30.09.2014, which is never achieved so far. I got a pre possession letter from supertech in december-2016, stating that i need to deposit all pending amount and then i shall be able to get my key and possession. I paid all the amount with interest. After paying the full amount, i went to supertech office in noida, but nobody was bothered to hear me and they asked me that unfortunately my flat is seized by noida authority, but no need to worry that matter would be resolved in court and decision would be in supertech favor. Now, it is 2019 and still i am waiting for the possession of my flat. I am surprised that government is not taking any action on these kind of fraud builder, who looted hard earned money from innocent public. These kind of people should be behind the bar.

All the required documents to supertech limited for updating the
Property address in july 2018 with indiabulls housing finance
Connaught place branch new delhi but i have been informed by indiabulls
That supertech limited has not submitted the required documents for
Updating the property address and nobody is bothered to give proper
Response about when they are going to update the address inspite of
Multiple email reminders for about 3 months. I have even requested them to cancel the booking and still nobody is bothered.

I bought supertech flat, on subvention scheme, specially because it was "emi starts with possession". Now, the possession date is still very far, supertech has also suddenly stopped paying pre emi, asking the customers us to pay for the same, saying they will make up for the interest amount one would have got from the bank against that amount.

I contacted many persons in supertech but till now no satisfactory response is received.
Supertech is not responding to any emails or phone calls, while the outstanding is piling on with the bank.

I yogesh kumar sokhal have booked a three bedroom flat in your project supertech hues gurugram sector 68 on 15th july 2018 application no 41046 (Id[protected] along with cheque of rs 500000/- (₹ five lakh only). I was promised the following at the time of booking:

1. Bsp - ₹ 5594/- (Total cost - ₹ 11565216/-)
2. 50 : 50 plan (50%now including gold souk retention amount of ₹ 2061018/-) and rest 50% at the time of possession).
3. Gold souk amount of₹ 2061018/- to be adjusted as mentioned in point 2 above.
4. Gold souk home loan to be paid by supertech ltd (Foreclosure letter of amount rs 1024459/- rs ten lakh twenty four thousand four hundred fifty nine only submitted on[protected]
5. 11% assured return on new balance to be paid.

Till date i have paid the following amount:

1. ₹ 500000/- by cheque (₹ five lakh only)
2. ₹ 147126/- by cheque (₹ one lakh fourty even thousand one hundred twenty six only)
3. ₹ 3722835/- by home loan from l&t amount disbursed on[protected]₹ thirty seven lakh twenty two thousand eight hundred thirty five only)
Total amount paid ₹ 4402961/- (₹ forty four lakh two thousand nine hundred sixty one only)
4. Also add gold souk retention amount of rs 2061018/- (Rs twenty lakh sixty one thousand eighteen only)
Grand total rs 6463979/- (Rs sixty four lakh sixty three thousand nine hundred seventy nine only)

Even after paying all the due amount from my side supertech ltd has not delivered the promised benefits to me. I have made several visits to your office located at noida sector 58 and gurugram sector 68 but has yielded no result. I have met the following staff regarding the same:

2. Jyoti kakkar (Regarding cheque for home loan closing)
3. Uday chaodhary (Regarding cheque for home loan closing)
4. Kirti jain (Regarding mou received but not executed)
5. Nisha pandey (Regarding mou received but not executed)

Till date i have not received the cheque of amount rs 1024459/- and the 11% assured return instalment has not started even after paying all the dues from my side (I. E, paid on[protected].
The matter is pending for so long that i am now frustrated to the limit thence writing this email to you. I humbly request you to intervene in the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Waiting for your early and favourable revert on the matter.

Despite having made full payment possession if flat no se/1202 has not been handed over. Neither penal. Interst has been paid for the delay. I bade the full and final settlement payment on 24th july 18 and was assured delivery of possession of flat within 2+3 weeks. Now it had passed even 6 months.in the past during my follow ups, i was given many deadlines but only to defied by the company. It appears that they do neither care for the customers nor they respect the law if the land. I appeal your honour to provide me justice by awarding the penal interest on the full cost of flat on the same rate as company demands i. E. 18% per annum.
