I bought a flat in ecovillage 2 in 2010. Its 9 years and i am yet to get the possession of the flat. About 85% of the payment of the flat has already been done. The worst is that there is no work happening at the site. I visited a number of times in last 8-10 months and did not find even a single worker onsite. When i enquired about the status, i was told that labours were not paid and hence they have left.

    We purchased a flat in eco village 2 in aug 2014 and they promised to give possession by aug 2015. From last 3.5 years we are continuously chasing you for our flat’s possession over the telephote. We have already a huge monetary loss on the form of our monthly rent which we are unnecessarily paying and will not get anything out of it.

    After our visit their head office, they (Preeti and saleem) promised us that since again they have extended the possession date of our flat by another year, they will give us another unit of the same area in next one month.
    Since then, i am calling saleem and every time he is postposing the date without any confirmation.
    As i told saleem, there is already 3.5 years delay in possession, we cannot wait more, i have joining in noida office in feb’19 and i need my home before that. I cannot afford a rented home again in noida.
    We are going through a big money loss, and this overall is giving us a big mental trouble.
    Please provide us a fixed and immediate solution of this else we really don’t have any other option than to escalate this matter further.

      i've made payment of rs. 97, 476.74 (Order amount - rs.96905 + convenience fee - rs.484.53 + taxes - rs.87.22) on 12th nov 2018 through online payment option available on supertech's portal (Erealty. Supertechlimited.com) against the demand letter sent by supertech ltd. For my unit at eco village-3, unit - b25/308. The

      The amount has been deducted from by icici bank account, but neither the same is reflecting in supertech's bank account nor i've got the refund of the payment which i've made on 12th. Non.2018.

      i've attached the transaction receipt (S. T transaction details) which i got from my bank for your reference along with my bank account statement (Icici_account_statement) which clearly shows the transaction done in supertech via e-billing solutions on s. No.5 in the statement.

      Kindly check and let me know as soon as possible if the payment is successful or not. And if it is not successful then with whom is my money lying with and how can i get my money back.

        Hi,

        I have booked a flat in supertech hues, its possession date was aug 2018, but buyer not able to deliver flats and commiting to deliver flats on 2022,
        But i visited site, there no construction is going on. I discussed with many guys they are saying that supertech don't have funds so can't deliver flats on 2022.

        I bought this flat under subvention plan, according to that plan buyer have to pay emi till posession, but now builder denying to pay emi.
        And bank is deducting from my account.

        This is fraud. : (

          Hi, i have booked the flat inder subvention scheme at ggn azalia sec 68 three years ago, the project is still not started and in my recent visit to site as well as noida office of supertech they have no clue about timelines on any project completion.
          They are stating that company is not in the position to refund and pay pre emi to subvention buyers.
          I am about to file complaint against them as they have looted our hard earn money and given mental stress.
          Please join me in filling case against them as i am contactable at [protected].

            Supertech promised to give flat in year 2016 and still there is no possession.

            Nobody is listening or providing details about possession. Also seeing the condition of project it seems that they will not be able to deliver in nect 2-3 years

            Neither they are refunding amount
            Nor they are allotting ready to move in flat in other project
            They are demanding more money in order to allot the flat in new project

            Please help!!

              Dear sir/madam

              It is to my displeasure to state that in spite of my regular complain that all the toilet at my resident is overflowed with dirty water and smells on regular basis and no proper action is being taken by the competent authority in maintenance department of cm4.

              This has been the third time in the last three months that the toilet water and dirt were flooded to my drawing room, bed room and verandah.

              I would like you to take remedy action at the earliest and do hope that such overflow does not occur.

                Hi,

                I have booked my flat 22-Oct-2015 in Supertech ecovillage 3 with below details, but now 19-Nov-2019 this project is not started and no one from Supertech tell the truth about this booking. I already paid 10% of flat amount and they also received 80% of amount from India Bulls from which i was passed my loan without intimating us. I am very disappointed that top level builders also doing such type of cheat with customer. I am planing to file a case for this cheating.Its totally ford by Builder and the Financier(India Bulls)

                I have booked my flat 22-Oct-2015 in Supertech ecovillage 3 with below details, but now 19-Nov-2019 this project is not started and no one from Supertech tell the truth about this booking.                   I bought a studio apartment in supertech upcountry, which was under subvention plan. The builder did not pay the emi last month, following which the bank invoked a cheque and withdrew whatever amount was there in my account. No fund in my account triggered a series of default by me paying other emis, thereby, reflecting badly on my credit score.
                  Also, at the time of booking the flat, i was promised rental cheques for 36 months, which the builder has not issued in last 15 months since i booked the flat. Each mail that i have written to the builder on the issue has remained unanswered. Don't know what to do

                    I have booked a flat in supertech hill town around an year back under subvention plan. Now after an year supertech has sent me an email saying there will be a bit of delay in prepayment of EMI to the bank. I waited the provided date passed and my prepayment EMI never came back. I reached out to CRM and Ankita Dixit from customer relations and and i have been given another "goli" to wait till end of the month. The month is over I tried to contact their customer care, no response, i sent an email to CRM and Ankita no response, i even sent a follow up... NO RESPONSE. Now they have stopped responding to my complaints. I could have been patient however no response to a customer's query means they don't have any intentions to pay pre EMI's.

                    There is no way somebody can reach out to them. it's a one way communication. when these people sent an email there is no contact number. I am planning to go legal on this matter. If anybody would like to join me in the protest please reach out at abhishek.[protected]@att.net

                      I book in golf village tower b before 6 months and give them booking amount. Supertech service is worst service in india because after booking no one coordinate to me and i have send them so many mails and calls. Always misguide me their sales executive never pick my phone and whenever pick then said they are busy.
                      Don't book with supertech. Mb [protected]

                        harassment by supertech limited team to claim extra money

                        Despite our repeated reminder supertech is not responding and deliberately delaying possession our flat, asking ransom as per their demand, needs to be taken seriously by this forum.

                        A detailed complaint was filed in this forum and the notification came as the problem is resolved

                        Nobody from builder side contacted the complainants and it was marked as resolved on what basis....

                        I had booked the Flat with Supertech Hues Sec-68 Gurugram, its been more than 4 Yrs now and construction is in very shabby state.
                        Multiple failed commitments given and every time they give excuses for delay.

                        My unit was under Subvention scheme and EMI amount is not paid timely by the Supertech.

                        I think we should all unite and approach RERA against the builder.

                        As per MOU Supertech to release PRE EMI every month by 10th day. Since beginning Supertech is delaying release of payments. As per my loan account Supertech didn't release Two PRE EMI installment appx. Rs. 100000/-, release PRE EMI failing lead to legal actions

Later due to court order m/s supertech had to surrender the part of ev-ii back to farmers and at that time chairman office of supertech requested us to not to withdraw the money from them and offered us a flat in eco village -1 with a condition that there will be no change in cost due to area...

                          I have booked a property in Supertech Officers enclave Sohna, in month of October 2016, through Investor's clinic. One year back, Investors clinic have informed me that this particular project got scrapped and I should shift into Hill Crust in same premises .

                          I accepted that and paid difference amount. But I have struggled for months for proper fund transfer from one account...

                          Dear sir,

                          This is to bring to your kind notice that we have provided ground handling services in jammu station towards supertech aviation pvt ltd, however all the invoices have been generated and submitted but we have not received any payment thereof. Invoice no. 13579 dated 29.12.15 for rs. 8470/- and invoice no. 13729 dated 13.01.16 for rs. 9680/- (Total rs. 18150/-).

                          It is my humble request to kindly look into the matter on top priority and clear all the dues which have been pending for so long.

                            I have bought a 2BHK and study apartment in golf village in the year 2013. It was promised to be delivered by Dec 2017, but there is no sign of its completion.

                              I have chosen on seeing your supertech pamphlet that 4th floor was there, believing that the project is for government officials (Officer enclave) and supertech could have cleared all the documents from authority. I had paid the initial booking amount of rs. 4.50 lakhs. When the loan was sanctioned based on my salary but it was hindered by your not approved 4th floor from haryana authority and punjab national bank had informed me (Pl. See attachment) that on table we have rejected supertech to disburse any amount unless and until the projects' 4th floor is not approved and officers enclave low flooring is approved till 3rd floor only.

                              Even if supertech proposes me to go for other floor then why should now i trust them. Lets say i have taken 45 lakhs loan and tomorrow some other person of 4th floor file litigation under rera then the whole project will be under scrutiny and my other floor would also be held for possession. But still i had to pay the bank almost more than one crore (Including interest and loan amount of 45 lakhs) of that flat which possession would be under the scanner. That reflect my apprehension of your unit delivery also. It is to understand that i am a salaried person and my family depends on that hard earned money, but i cannot take the risk to the project whose delivery is doubtful. Therefore, i urge you to kindly reimburse my booking amount, even i am not claiming of interest. Nor i m asking 15 to 17 thousand given to investors clinic. Hope that you may understand.

                                  I booked my flat in january 2015 at ur hill town sohna project, during the booking it was informed that it would be delivered by october 2018 but the way progress is going on i don't think it will be delivered in 2019.
