I have purchased a flat in supertech ecocity sector 137 noida. The supertech team is so unprofessional and irresponsible. After making all the payments when i called them for the final ndc they said, somehow they have lost our file and they are not responsible for that. Generally, ndc takes 10 days, but now it has been 25 days and i am still waiting. Every time i visit there, they say we are finding your file.

    Interfernce in the fundamental right to freedom in the name security of it's residents sorry home owners (They don't consider rented people residents)....

    I have been living in this society for the past few years but i was shocked when i was trying to move some of my stuff (Not all of it) to a friend's place as he was in urgent need of few things and these people in the name of security stopped me from moving my stuff. It's unreasonable to believe that in a country you can deny my freedom to movement unless it is threat to national security. Under which law can they stop my movement i would like to know this. This is illegal. I was moving my stuff not theirs and they have all my details pan, aadhar, rent agreement, license and everything and top of it their guards are most misbehaved once. And their is a regular secne of residence foghting at the entrance gate for stupid policies they have. I don't have time otherwose i would have hired a lawyer to pursue this legally. I am happy that i don't owe house in such society and i would in future never would in supertech. I am a proxy as long as i have a valid rent agreement. But to them uneducated staff they have we seem to be stupid and it's sad that they are daring enough to implement such policies. Consider this your family comes in and i rudely intercept ed by some guard. Would you not be agitated.. Well that's just one of many stupid rules and few of them are illegal too.

    Booked my flat in 2010. gone through lot of mental and finncial harrasment by not giving me possesion of my booked flat, now taking legal action against your CMD He has misused my money and must have earned interest on my hard earned money. which is an offence.. MY FLAT NUMBER IS 1707,

      Sir i bought a studio flat in march 2013 in supertech czar suite located in great noida and got possession in october 2016. And it got sealed in december 2016 by greater noida authority due to illegal construction. It's 477 sq feet studio flat it was running on rent the time it got sealed. Soniya again a loss for me 9k every month and on top of that property is sealed. I am really suffering because of this and builder doesn't response. I want to get my refund please help and kindly let us know how to proceed further.

        I am working with india army. With great hope and pride, i invested in hilltown project of supertech (T4 - 1204) as my retirement plan and to invest systematically with my hard earned salary. I opted for subvention plan with indiabulls. As i know of latest, the construction of the project is going on fine and with a delay of approximately two to three years, the project is hopeful to be completed. Kudos for that. This time delay is very normal and acceptable.

        The mou for subvention says supertech will pay indiabulls for three years and therafter supertech will pay me and i inturn will pay india bulls till posession. And most of the customers are already availing the same. Everything moved fine till the payment was direct between supertech and india bulls which terminated on 10 aug 18. I was told to process the case for payment which i did on 26 apr 2018, with assurances all along that everything will be done on time. But to my horror, when i checked on 1st aug, i was given a reply that the repayment schedule is wrong by one ms ankita (I belive she is from banking section). It was a jolt since these documents were available for last five months with them and i had assurance on all will be done. I did mange the correct schedule by 7th aug and send to the concerned person. However all my calls and mails did no good as money was deducted by indiabulls on 10 aug itself without supertech paying me.
        I have send a mail everyday after that or have spoken to person called satya prakash daily. I am told everyday, that the job will be done that day tself. First was 20th aug, then 25 aug, then month end and last was the sat (08 sep) since it was time for the next emi. It is now 12 days since i am told that the cheque was kept for signing.

        A salaried person like me has no cushion like this. With the salaries, one manage the affairs with savings in very planned manner. But this has put all finances in disarray as well as staring at the possibility of dishonouring of cheques issued by me to indiabulls which is a crime.

        I understand that supertech has an issue with the supreme court order of one of your key project in noida. But this was there when we signed the agreement also three years back. Still went by the company only for the reason that there was some faith in such a reputed firm.

        I do not know if this mail reaches correct person. But it is my compulsion to try and knock at every door since i find that the lower level staff is bend upon adopting such unscruplous and unethical practices. But these cannot be without orders from managment.

          Dear team, i have bought a flat in golf village (Yamuna expressway) which was supposed to be given possession by sept-17... However during the site visit on 7th sept i have found that the work has not been started and a visible delay on 3-4 years is down the line. This is upsetting and complete mistrust. Kindly let me know my options or shall i take the legal recourse which is obviously a options.

          I have the same problem as of yours. I have bought a 2BHK and study apartment in golf village. It was promised to be delivered by dec 2017, but there is no sign of its completion.

            Now supertech limited is repeating the same fraudulent practices in there project e-square on noida expressway sector 93 by not giving possession of the booked shops and instead forcing and arm twisting buyers to take alternate shops / apartments as now they wish to lease out the same and earn rent from that commercial project. Buyers who waited for 8 years to get possession after paying 95% payment are now been refused to give possession of the booked shops. It is surprising to see the height of greediness any person can reach in taking advantage of poor buyers who do not have the same money and muscle to fight such big builders. The shops in esquare were not sold under any lease agreement, however now the builder is insisting for the same. No replies received for several phone calls and emails / letters sent to the builder. This is open harassment and misuse of power. After investing all our hard earned money and already paid 95% payment, now we are forced to leave our shop and settle for an alternative cause now the builders selfishness has taken over moral ethics and there is no one to question him. I really feel disgusted and helpless in this situation. Worst decision of my life. Waited endlessly for the construction to get over for past 8 years since 2011 to get my shop after struggling to collect and make all payments with all the money / savings i had and now facing this brunt of mischievous owners of supertech limited. God save me.

              I am living @ oxford square eco village 3 flat number e-320 & following up with maintenance guy since 3 months to electric display device at my place, but they peoples are not responding & said we have'nt.

              Also i mailed to supertech higher authorties, they are also even bother to reply or response on emails.

              Now i totally fed up with the company like supertech.

              Anyone in this forum who can solved my issue.

                I booked flat no f0702 in supertech hues, sector-68, gurgaon in october 2013. Date of possession mentioned at that time was april 2017. Later on it was shifted to may 2018.
                Till date no possession is there. We are suffering a lot due to delay in possession.
                Please update about the date of possession of flat.
                The employees and customer care is response less and they are not entreating when i am making a call to them.
                I deposited one instalment in february 2018 and till date they have not provided me the receipt of it in spite of many follow ups and calls. Today, i made a call to them but they did not lift the phone. I called sangeeta mishra many times but she is very arrogant and not sending the receipt to me.
                Please help us in this regard as i am fed up and frustrated a lot due to all these behaviours' paid each and every instalment well in time but they are response less to their worthy customers.
                Please provide support to me.

                  I have 100% paid amount for flat in ecovillage 1 greater noida flat no. B2, 705 unit.
                  I was promised to hand over flat 3 months back in 3rd may, 2018.
                  The date of physically handing over flat has been extended in arbitrary manner by company.
                  There is irresponsible behaviour and unprofessional approch.
                  Still i don't know when i was given possession after paying 100% payment.
                  Writing to crm team is useless as there main aim to bluffing the customer.

                    I had made a booking for a 2 bhk flat in supertech hilltown sohna road, south gurgaon.
                    The sales guy mr harish convinced me to pay a booking amount of rs 50000 on 22nd july 2018, proof of which is attached.
                    I told him that i am not sure about my eligibility of the loan amount which was needed. But he said if the loan amount is not granted, the paid amount will be refunded.
                    Unfortunately the loan amount was not granted due to my existing obligations. Since then i have been trying to contact him, but he is not responding to my calls, emails or messages. I even tried to contact supertech customer care, they are also not responding. I visited supertech office at noida, they said i need to contact the sales person for this.

                    I don't know how to proceed with it. Its a huge sum of money and i don't want to lose it.

                      I booked a unit in supertech basera and recently visited the site. I was so shocked to see the progress of work they are way behind their construction target on top of that the material they are using for construction is really pathetic. They are always ahead of time when they have to collect payment from the customer. They send several notification for payment disbursal but when you ask them for construction update or anything about your account details these # employees don't have any information and give you run around. I would never recommend anyone to go for this # hole company. I am sure they will soon meet the fate of amrapali and unitech. Thanks to honorable supreme court who time in again penalize these # for their inefficiency and false promises they made to sell their dwelling units.

                        I went recently to my flat and found that construction quality is too bad..
                        - bricks are kept one to another without sealant most of the places
                        - damaged bricks are used
                        - no alignment with column & beams - most of places
                        - intermediate beams are kept just on wall without any connection to columns
                        - no proper sealant between beams & wall - which will definitely leads to high leakages and seepages in future

                        I am in touch with crm team but so far no firm assurance and measures

                          I went for supertech capetown looking at the vast size of the project and the company. But the maintenance is worst. There is so much of electricity problem. More over that if you have any complaint and you forward it to maintenance office, then you will have to call 4 -5 times and after 3-4 days of follow up, they will send staff.

                          Apart from that, their security guards at the gate are worst. Their rule changes everyday. They would only accept aadhar card as id? Why why why? Isn't any other documents a valid id?

                          Further, what is the need of this. You claim you have cctv all around then why this harrasment.?

                          The quality of construction is so bad that you don't need a hammer to push a nail in wall.

                          Apart from being big, there is nothing good, you will cherish about residing in this society.

                          Every task is difficult, every procedure is complicated. And maintenance thinks themselves owner.

                          Better to go for another society.

                            Possession was taken in january-2018 and it was shown at that time too. All the external plaster is swoolen and patches indicate that thickness of plaster is more than 30 mm and mix is leaner than 1: 9. Inspite of lapse of more than six months nothing has been done by supertech. Walls are porous and water is absorbed in this rainy season. Pathetic condition.

                              I had booked a flat in hues under subvention plan, however for last 2 months supertech is not paying the EMIs as per contract (it was anyway paying only Pre_emi), repeated mails to one miss ankita have gone unanswered, m sure lots of other people are in same position, guys lets get together and sue this fraud company, who has no ethics and no customer satisfaction....

                              As per the commitment the possession date was given January 2017 and also a grace period asked for 6 months. As per the agreement if they failed the deadline must pay the penalty. Till now no progress took place. Visited the site twice but the work is not carried out. The only things you can see is structure. Is any one answerable for this ??? I feel cheated and getting burden of EMIs. Its a process of looting of our hard earned money.

                              It seems that K1 tower construction in Eco village 1 has been stopped. No one can be seen in the site. I am really afraid, we are investigating our hard earned money...

                              We were suposed to posession in Feb'18, but the tower is yet not ready. Now the construction is also not going on..

                                I am a resident of Eco Village 1 flat no :A1-418 ... May possibly i draw your kind attention about the frequent breakdowns of electricity in this society and the wonderful inconvenience it causes to the residents!
                                There are failures regarding electricity several times in a day.. Sometimes, the current is turned off for several hours in a very stretch.. the unannounced frequent breakdown of electricity is simply nightmarish.. Many times complaints have been lodged with your office but no permanent solution to this menace has been found!
                                I hope you would look into the matter at the earliest and redress my grievance.

                                  I booked a 2BHK flat in 2010 August in Tower B18 of Eco Village 1 .
                                  The last payment was already submitted in the year 2014 .
                                  The project was suppossed to deliver by 2015 but everytime I visit the CRM team, they provide a new date .
                                  Now the work is also not progressing and nothing is being going on in the tower .
                                  I am continuosly writing mails but no response from CRM team .
                                  please advise how to get the possessison .

                                    I had booked a 2 bhk flat in the eco village ii of supertech in 2010. Flat number 107, tower number b12a.in june 2017 i had made full/complete payment to supertech and they also issued ndc. But till date as on 03.07.2018 they did not handed over physical possession of said flat to me. No body pick up the customer care phone. Please help what should i do?

                                      I have booked in supertech albaria, in ecovillage 1, tower h1. Project was to be completed by july2018. But the construction work is stand still. Pl update if any one has any info. How i can proceed. I have booked in 2012. Supertech is not providing any further update. When i visited at the site, sales persons told that better to shift to other tower. What shiuld i do?
