I have applied for Supertech Basera Unit 592 sq feet with application no. 9897 and there is no update on the same.
I am continuously chasing crm team from Aug 2015 but still no resolution.
There doesn't seems any response and no refund has been initiated till date.
Don't Know how Supertech is standing in real estate with customer dissatisfaction....

No doubt there was no one as cheater and fraud as Supertech Limited. They cheat and when customer has grievance, they ask to meet their female employees. Because of which customer can not express their anger. But the message that I want to convey to those female that sooner or later they will have to face the law and definitely law will punish them for their fraudulent activities....

Supertech is worst builder of all time. They do not follow the legal document and ask you to go to court as they know common person can not go to court. Further they will never pay any interest for delay and they will charge interest at the rate of 24% per annum. With this attitude they are not going to survive.
