I have applied for Supertech Basera Unit 592 sq feet with application no. 9897 and there is no update on the same.
I am continuously chasing crm team from Aug 2015 but still no resolution.
There doesn't seems any response and no refund has been initiated till date.
Don't Know how Supertech is standing in real estate with customer dissatisfaction.
Supertech customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi,

    I have applied for one unit in management quota vide application number 859 and they have sent allotment letter at my address mentioning my address, mobile number but with someone others name (Hare Krishna). I mailed to crm, Victoria Masih, Bharti Mittal Rahul Arora, Kusum Gupta, Lokesh Arora, Heena Chhabra, Abhishek Vashistha and so many other people. They told me that this application does not belongs to me and allotment has been given to Harekrishna (Income Tax Oficer). This is really a case of cheating and harrasment. I am also sensing it a case of corruption. They told me that it was a clerical mistake and allotment letter was wrongly sent to you. Lokesh kumar has physically checked the application and confirmed over the phone that my details are mentioned in application forum.I requested for copy of my application form but they did not provided it.Further I have provided the relevant document required by them to evident my case. I am still chasing to get the allotment and scanned copy of application form no. 859 and 869.

      I had made booking for a 2bhk flat in Supertech Hues project in Gurgaon with 5 lacs as booking amount in the month of April 2015. I approached the builder to cancel the booking in very next month as the flat is not as per my expectations. I asked the builder to refund the amount against the cancellation. But since then the journey of my problem had started. I have made several phone calls and visit the builder office, but not received any solution. I have not signed any builder buyer agreement it is just a provisional booking form which I have signed. Builder is not agree to refund the amount.
      Iam salaried person, this 5 lac is my hard earned money which I have saved by deducting my other needs. I pay tax regularly. How can the builder take my whole money, these builders are very rich, use luxury cars, live in luxury home, but when asked to refund than they are not ready to return a single penny.

        Bought Unit 931, in Supernova Astralis, Sec. 94, Noida under assured return Plan in the name of my Son. As per offer plan 40% payment made in November, 2015. Agreement also got signed. Till date, nothing heard about assured return amount from the Company. Came to know an MOU is signed for this. I have not received any communication in this regard, which means the process has not started yes. Kindly take up suitably.         The above issue was resolved after some time and started getting post dated cheques regularly and are being cleared by bank also.
        I also have a virtual space in supertech astralis commercial property. For the past 3 years no assured rent is coming . They do not reply to the email . Pl help me being a senior citizen

          No doubt there was no one as cheater and fraud as Supertech Limited. They cheat and when customer has grievance, they ask to meet their female employees. Because of which customer can not express their anger. But the message that I want to convey to those female that sooner or later they will have to face the law and definitely law will punish them for their fraudulent activities.

            Supertech is worst builder of all time. They do not follow the legal document and ask you to go to court as they know common person can not go to court. Further they will never pay any interest for delay and they will charge interest at the rate of 24% per annum. With this attitude they are not going to survive. My sincere advise is never to invest in Supertech Projects. They have all ladies, so that customer can not argue with them and I pray the employee who falsely exploit customers go to hell.

                After waiting for almost a year. Now, I have to write really of SuperTech. This year in the month of March. Tanuja Koliya and her colleague came at my office and convinced me to book in #affordable #housing project under SuperTech named #Basera. I was convinced by the promises and confidence Tanuja showed in SuperTech. But few days later Tanuja stopped taking my call and from SuperTech team I came to know that sales team looking after Basera project went on foreign tour. What kind of pupil are you? In the course of time, I met many individual from SuperTech and requested them to refund my amount (verbally and over email) but they have not done the same yet. On top of everything individual stopped responding to my (any individual part of basera project) call and I’m yet waiting for either refund or draw. Few months back Basera project draw took place, but due to the politics played by SuperTech draw took place for all the variants of flats apart from the higher variant. On doing research, I came to know that they implemented management quota only on Higher variant flats due to which draw for Higher variant house did not took place. You do not bother to reply on mails. One of the #WorstBuilder in India #AffordableHousing

                  I am senior Citizen and i have applied in Basera project under Haryana Affordable housing policy 2013 in December 2014 vide Application no 1048 with Supertech Limited(Revital Reality Pvt. Ltd), 703-704, Tower A, , Signature Towers, South City 1, Gurgaon - 122001, India. After one year Supertech has refunded Rs. 96425/- without interest. Whereby as per the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy 2013 Clause 5(iii)(b)- which state that “All such applicants shall be eligible for an interest at the rate of 10% per annum on the booking amount received by the developer for a period beyond 90 days from the close of booking till the date of allotment of flat or refund of booking amount as the case may be.”, they should have paid interest @10%. in this regard i have sent numerous mails telephonic calls to crm and Gurgaon officials but they are not responding. kindly intervene in the matter.                       I was asked by supertech to opt for a new unit as they changed ground floor to podium. Upon request, I opted for another unit on 2nd floor. Now I got a letter that I have a payment overdue since 2014. The mail was sent by banking relation executive. I wrote them back stating the new unit was allotted to me one month back and since then I have not received any demand letter then how come I am getting the reminder letter. The executive called me up and I explained him the complete matter and he understood the same. However, again they sent a reminder letter and not the apology mail. I wanted them to write me back with apology for wrong demand and send me corrected demand letter without interest. CRM team and banking team is not listening to the matter appropriately.                       I did not get any response to my above query neither through mail marked to CRM team and officials of banking relations team. Also, I did not hear anything back on my complaint through this portal. Supertech is completely ignoring the matter. I have already written 3 mails and did not hear back anything on the response.

                      I requested CRM team to share senior officials email id with me so that I can take the matter up as escalation. However, I did not get the same.

                        Initially when I was contacted by BullMan reality for Supertech ECO VILLAGE-1 Alberia project. I have been told that under the subvention scheme the terms of the payment will be as follows: S. Particulars % 1. at the Time of Booking 2% 2. With In 30 days 3% 3. On start of excavation work / 90 days ( whichever earlier ) 3% 4. On start of 2nd floor / 180 days ( whichever is earlier) 2% 5. On offer of Possession 10% The rest 80% will be paid through bank home loan and the EMI will be paid by the supertech till the offer of posession.So, I will not have to pay any EMI till possession. Also, the details of the property will be mentioned on the contract on the maximum loading, carpet area etc. But, after giving the booking amount Rs. 1, 20, 000 I have never received any such information ever. Even after repeated emails. What I received from them is the demand letters. Finally when I wrote a letter for either provide everything in writing what promise made at the time of booking or refund the booking amount, they return with a mail asking for deduction of 15% of the property value. Please suggest. Mail From Supertech: [protected][protected] Refund is made as per the terms & conditions of booking form which you have signed. Kindly send your request for refund to the concern department .i.e CRM or mail to [protected]@supertechlimited.com for the same. As per booking form:- Clause No. 7. Cancellation Charges In case of cancellation /rejection either of provisional booking or allotment of the residential unit/plot/commercial space because of any reason whatsoever, the cancellation charges amounting to 15% of the total cost of the residential unit/plot/commercial space or Rs. 25000/- whichever is higher shall be deducted from deposited amount of the applicant(s). [protected][protected] Mail I wrote to them: [protected][protected] I would like to bring to your attention that from the beginning of this deal, I have not received any correct communication either from Bullman Reality or Supertech at all the times. The promises made at the time of describing the project was never part of any document or written proposal thereafter. After paying the initial booking amount Rs. 1, 20, 000, I had started getting just the demand letters from the Supertech and nothing else specifying the details of the property (including the specification, carpet area, loading, payment plan details mentioning the no EMI till possession etc.). After a repeated e-mail to all the person involved with me during the whole process (all are copied in this mail) in Supertech and Bullman reality I didn’t get any reply on the promises made. Neither they forwarded or provided me with details of anyone who could have further assisted me. Even the contract that was sent to me by Supertech mentions only about the total payment that I have to make and nothing about the details about the property (only the no. of the unit and tower, nothing related to the carpet area, loading etc) and the promised payment terms (i.e. no EMI till possession, EMI till possession will be paid by the builder etc.). And that was the reason of contract not got signed. There has been no communication from your side related to my query on the promises made to me that relates to the carpet area, payment plan, loadings, building terms and conditions even after repeated communication email from my side. There was no contract signed due to this and now I have received a NOC from the Bullman Reality for the refund as the promises and conditions cannot be fulfilled. I am attaching the copy of NOC with this email. I would like to insist for the refund of the advance amount paid by us while placing the order. The net amount Rs 1, 20, 000 is to be kindly returned as the agreement not yet signed and remains defunct. Please feel free to contact me for further information. Kindly arrange for the early payment of the refund amount rather at the earliest possible.

                          I Had booked one 150sq yard plot in golf country in the month of march 2011 when the project was on soft launch and that time no fixed rates where available for the project so they had taken the amount of 200000 for booking and in the month of sep 2011 or Oct 2011 they had launched the project and i got my first set of papers from them on 24 Nov 2011 but in spite of that they are charging interest on me and for the same payment i had the written approval from there side to make the payment on 30 Nov 2011. For the next payment which was due after the the start of internal road they again sent me the demand letter but this time before paying the money I went to site to see the actual condition but that time nothing was started so after the discussion with them that they had not started the work still they are asking for the next demand they agreed to the same and given the time to pay the next installment by 27 Feb 2013 instead of 2 feb 2013. The possession for the plot was earlier March 2013 but in May 2014 i received the mail that the earlier plan where the plot was supposed to come is being scraped and now they are giving the plot in some other location with in the project for this also we had a good fight for 4 months as my earlier location was far better than they where offering now and on the top of this my plot was next to the corner previously but now it was in the middle which i was not comfortable to take the same but due to the rigidness of supertech and threat from them that if the plot got cancelled mt entire money that i paid will be forfeited i was bound to say yes to them, for this also they had charged the interest on me. where in they where supposed to give me the possession in March 2013. Now at the time of pre possession they are charging the interest of Rs 173000 along with the 7L of the additional payment which was not mentioned to me. After several meeting with the CRM team and after submitting all the supporting doc that the approval was given to me every time when we had discussed about the payment still they are now denying that these approvals are not valid. to my surprise is that how a brand like Supertech can do such things that some one from the same company gives the approval for more than 4 years to client just to collect the payment and now in the end there approvals are not valid and charging the interest since March 2011... I must say that i was the biggest blunder that i had purchased the property with supertech ltd and till now also they are not ready to understand that the approvals are there in written for all the above situation from there side, Now i am also planning to take the support of consumer court...                             Dear Sir/Madam, Supertech Limited is sending illegal demands to buyers as an offer of possession with given due dates whereas Supertech have not produced Completion certification to buyers. Below are the points where Supertech is not providing any documentary evidence but putting them on buyers illegally. Kindly look into this matter seriously as it is effecting buyers mentally and financially. 1. Interest Supertech has demanded interest on delay payments where they have never communicated this to buyers in last 5 years during construction phase. These demands are based on the due dates as per their construction link plan in the agreement however construction were not made as per given dates but they are asking interest based on these dates. Banks only disburse payments when builder provide them completion certificate as of given floor. 2. Delay penalty Supertech is calculating delay penalty based on the date of offer of possession not on the actual date of possession. 3. Escalation charges Supertech somehow included the hidden escalation charges in few buyers’ agreement and when I have given them proof of few of my friends unit where this charges is not applicable. They replied that my tower is different from others. My question is that how the construction cost will be effected for few towers only not for all towers. Was there a special material discount Supertech gets from the market based on their special tower? This is clear indication of fraud and cheating. 4. Differential Area – When my unit was transferred in Dec 2012 at that time my floor was already built in that case how Supertech can demand such differential area charges post construction. This is a clear indication of cheating. In the past 5 years, Supertech has never communicated to buyers about such differential area cost during the construction phase Also I have checked with Supertech official last year when I visited the site and they told me that no flat layout change has been done for old buyers 5. Labor Welfare Charges- Supertech is demanding Labor welfare charges from buyers where it is no where mentioned in the agreement.

As per payment terms I made the initial payment & applied for a loan. Despite of applying almost all the banks, I came to know that looking at the project status, flat can be financed only after/by 31st January 2012. I communicated the same to Supertech on 19th December to ask them for waiver of late payment charges till 31.01.12 and regularly asked them for the list of banks from which project is approved. Supertech gave me the waiver & there was no outstanding pending towards my account (Letter Attached for Waiver Annexure 1 & payment details Annexure 2). The due date of possession was 31.03.2013 in my case (Allotment Letter Annexure 3). I wrote several letters to Supertech regarding the same, but they always replied as will be handed over within 3-6 months time. The website status of the Tower Nicolas 2 in the Supertech Czar project was always “Finishing Work in Progress” & completion month keep on changing usually for a quarter. However, on 23.11.2015, I got a mail from Supertech regarding prepossession letter (Annexure 4). After reading the letter I came to know that the builder has loaded various charges which were not mentioned in allotment letter. Even the builder levied interest charges which was waived in pervious letter. The date of possession was supposed to be declared only after full & final payment. I initiated mails (annexure 8) to the concerned person including chairman w.e.f. 23.11.2015 but there is one incomplete & dissatisfactory reply to the following issues; 1. Date of possession after final payments was required. (No reply for date) 2. What is the proposed Penalty if the apartment is not delivered within stipulated time even after final payment? (No reply) 3. Details of actual Flat Carpet Area is not mentioned along with the letter. (No Reply) 4. Specification of electrical fittings, tiles & plumbing / sanatryware is not available. (No Reply) 5. As per allotment Delay possession payment @ Rs. 5 per square feet for the period of 01.04.2013 to the actual date of possession is not mentioned. As per clarification received once, the charges have not been paid due to farmer agitation; which was actually never happened at Supertech Czar. In their mail dated 17.11.2014, Supertech has endorsed that he will give possession in early 2015. (No reply with specific dates for excuse of not making the payment) 6. Completion Certificate from the concerned authority is not refereed along with the Pre Possession Letter. They have not taken proper permission from the concerned authority resulting many pervious occupied flats could not get registered with the Government. Hence. Possession without Competion Certificate is illegal. (Letter from concerned authority attached Annexure 5) (As per reply dated 30.11.2015, they have not obtained the completion) 7. The late payment charge period is not defined. The same was waived off by Supertech (Letter Annexure 1). However, as per mail dated 17.11.2014, there was no outstanding in my account (copy of mail Annexure 6 & Annexure 7). (General Reply) 8. Paid Car Parking space has also not been specified in the Prepossession letter. (Replied that will let you know at the time of possession) 9. As per letter, Supertech has charged maintenance charge @ 2.5 per square feet, however other residents of Czar Suits are being charged @1.5 per square feet. Even the period/dates of advance maintenance charge is not defined. (No reply) 10. The details & calculation of 187.26 per square feet are not available in the Prepossession letter. When I asked the details along with all relevant papers from the Greater Noida Authority to ascertain the amount calculation; I was referred to a newspaper article. This is also to inform you that Supertech has sold one part of land to Gaursons Limited (approx. 30000 square meter) & one more project as CZAR Villas (approx. 20000 square meter) is there on the same land. Hence, the calculations has to be on actual land used in the Czar Suits project & builtup area. Total land bought by Supertech was approx. 80000 square meter (Annexure 9) out of which approximate use in CZAR Suits project is only 30000 meters. There are other common areas for CZAR Villas & CZAR Suits as commercial area & club & one green park over underground parking. The calculation of Super Area are not based on any standanrd method approved by any athrority. As per the agreement dated 20.10.2011, I was supposed to pay Rs. 92647/- & adjustment of delay possession from Supertech side (from April 2013 to June 2016 (Expected possession) i.e. 33 months after adjustment of grace period) to be done in payable amount. There is no amount payable, but the receivable amount is calculated as under assuming that the actual possession will be in June 2016; Particulars Value in INR Total Payable at Possession (5% of Total) 92647 Delay (Apr. 2015 to June 2016) - 33 Months @5 per square feet for 870 sq flat 143550 Total payable amount -50903 It is very clear that as per allotment Supertech need to pay back Rs. 50903, however Supertech has falsely claimed an outstanding amount of Rs. 480081/-. Hence, Supertech should refund me Rs. 50903 along with possession of the flat. Mail sent details are as under; 1. Email on 16th October 2014, 10th, 13th, 14th November 2014 for account / payment due status and got the account statement on 15.11.2014 (Attached) 2. Email on 15th, 16th, 17th November 2014 for Outstanding balance, Late delivery penalties, possession & addition charges if any. Received reply on 18.11.2014 (Attached) 3. Email on 22.1.2015 for Possession status. Got Email as Prepossession letter on 23.11.2015. 4. Email for 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th November 2015 seeking clarification on points, received mail on 24th & 26th for the same (both Mail Attached). 5. Email sent in 27th, 28th 29th November 2015. Still, I am pursuing for clarification, but there is a vague reply to gain time so that the interest meter is on, they can pressure / bargain.

                                not getting refund of rs. app 465000/- it was given for flat ecoloft in the ecovillage-3 but as the plan was changed & the existence o[censored]nit came to an end demanded my money back. but getting only excuses keep on talking supertech employee ms shivani but getting only execuses not getting contact number of any seniors keep on following for more than 2 months

                                  We bought a Flat in in Supertech Livingston Ghaziabad, Crossings Republik in Nov 2011. The total cost of the Flat was around 26 Lakh rupees for a bare flat. The possession was supposed to be for June 2013. Since then it has been total 4 years that we have been waiting for the possession but nothing has happened. Infact our specific Building GALAXY TOWER has been put ON HOLD and there is NO construction taking place. Our floor was 17th and they have only built till 11th floor still. We have been harrassed every single time we have went to Supertech Office in Noida and was never given a reply. Always told that we have to wait till further notice. Nobody has even paid heed to our cries for help and redressal. They changed the team also overnight and the new people just blame the old ones and say that they are not aware of anything and that they dont even know whats going on. After several hundred emails and visits, they told us to take TRANSFER in another unit of their in Greater Noida which is also an Unfinished product. When we ressisted and said that we have been till now paying all EMI's and Rents also they even told us that we will not be compensated for the delay or even given the PENALTY which is a clause in our agreement. Basically they just denied for everything and now since last 2 months they are not even intrested in Transferring us to the so called another unit. We have been mentally tortured and financially we are completely broke since we put all our hard earned money in the flat, it is heartbreaking to see that the Authorities are least concerned and we just dont know what to do, whom to blame. We would highly appreciate if any kind of help is given to us in this regard. Our demand is FULL compensation along with the Penalty for such delay and the Intrest we have lost on our principal amount plus the mental harassment faced by us.

                                    Hi, I agree with Munish, even i have sent email to Supertech CRM team more than 6 to 7 times every time i got this response " WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SOON WITH DETAILS. its more than a month now that i m following with them, now i recd an email stating -- supertech needs an affadavid with some stamp amount that my name is not there in the list so refund my money back .. how stupid is this can we expect such an answer from SUPERTECH, they dont know that they need to give money back to us . I am not sure why people are not saying anything about this as they have crossed all limits and now its almost a YEAR THAT THEY HAVE OUR MONEY WITH THEM, now also they need paper work from us and wants us to visit there office
                                    I feel they are cheater.
                                    This is not ethical...They should inform their-self when the money will be refunded...instead they are not responding to our request.
                                    Other day i have a word with their sales staff & their response is also very shocking. When i called their sales executive the surprised response was even they are fighting for their incentives for the sales done.

                                    Such a crap builder.
                                    Anyways have to fight to return the hard earned money

                                      Hi..I am Munish..I have applied for the Supertech Flat under Basera Affordable Housing Scheme Sector 79 Gurgaon... The Draw was held on 4th Sep. 2015. My name was not in the Lucky draw list. ..So as per the policy Supertech should return my Money within some specific time frame...Since then I am chasing with them but till now no response is given my Builder Supertech..Seems like they are not interested in returning the money back…I am writing this concern with great amount of dissatisfaction..never expect such kind of crap response from a reputed brand..God knows when I will get the money back..Worst Customer response...till now not aware where the payment relies..& when will get it back.

Respected Sir, We have booked a flat at Supertech CZAR suites vide Order No.STC/Booking/2012/3034704 dated 19/05/2012 Ground Floor and super area of 870 Sqft.Same has been mentioned in the 07 June 2012 allotment letter.We have financed the above flat through public sector corporation bank and in the loan sanction letter the detail of Flat is “To purchase a flat bearing unit no ( R004CN10102?FLAT#0102) having area 870 SQ FT Ground floor in Nicolas 1 Tower in Supertech Czar Suites situated at plot no GH-02 Sector Omicron 1 Greater Noida UP costing Rs 2181903/-( Excluding Service Tax ETC)”.
