Never ever invest or buy in supertech please!!.

I have booked flat in supertech capetown crown tower cv9/2002. I opted rental scheme.

But after making 85% payment to them they started showing their real face. They never allotted me any unit when they promised in before booking.

Never ever book flat with rental scheme in supertech builder.

Supertech staff is so ignorant and dump.br...

Hi, i have booked flat in supertech eco village 2 on may 2010. Still waiting for position. 95%payment done in 2013. Late payment charges @24% but still no contribution at site. Every time supertech is doing false commitment.

Want to know when they will deliver our flat. Not a single labour deployed in tower

I have booked a flat in garden green homes, eco village 1 in september 2017. Initially 9 months they gave me assured rental but from last 14 months no rental till date. I continuously requested to supertech crm to cancel my unit but they always divert me and tell me that cancellation is not possible. Please help me what to do. I am not in a situation to pay another emi.

I have been following up with below mentioned person in supertech for my hill town project :- mr gl khera, mr ak jain, mr girish gulla, all of three holding director ship in company. They have committed to me for refund of my pre emi payment and stop the future emi from indiabulls untill possession. But nothing has happened as of now. They have been harassing me since 2 and half month specially ak jain he is very cunning and cheater guy who has blocked my number and even didn’t pick any call where as he is the project head of supertech hill town

Fire catched my appartment nicolas2 1405 through short circuits but no enquiry as well as no fire alarm was working there was no electronics as well as flamable item there. I want a proper compensation for that otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court. One o[censored]s get a burn over hand. Fire alarm is for safety. There was a spark at the time of their checking time no one is agreeing they don’t even find a charger or any electronic item there and no flammable substance they even fit the charger point opposite..

I have booked a 2 bhk flat in supertech limited in july 2010, which was supposed to be delivered by 2014, till today date i have not received my flat, below are few learning from supertech:

1. Never stands on commitment, not capable builder.
2. During possession you will get a surprise, lot of extra and illegal charges.
4. Flat size shown in printed handout before selling dose not matches the actual size, its too small.
5. Always increase 10% area to extort more money from buyers.
6. Crm and other officials do not help once you have booked and paid money.
7. Illegal towers, emrald court is example, not sure how many more projects will see this in future.
8. Possession dates get changed in every 3 month in supertech site.

I will never recommend any one to deal with this, i put my hard earned money and got emi burden, rent pressure and income tax load, its being more than 9 years and possession is not clear.

Hello my name is sandeepa deshwal, my property is ecovillage -2, j-2 tower 2205 flat no gregor noida sec 16b... As per agreement supertech will pay rent of my property it is 8000. Still my 10 months rent due on supertech and as per loan agreement with aditya birla they will get interest from supertech companytill when i get my flat passetion... But supertech in not paying interest to aditya birla... Aditya birla deduct interest from my account.. I complained so many time but i gave me always excuse.. I am very fed-up with supertech, where i go...

I have recently shifted in supertech capetown. I am an existing invested videocon d2h customer. Supertech captown (Noida sec-74) is not allowing me to continue with my videocon d2h connection and is forcing to take up the tata sky that they are centrally operating. Moreover, the tata sky being operated is costlier (Rs. 1800 for new connection) vs the outside tata sky connection offered directly by the company (Rs. 1500)
I would like supertech capetown to allow me to continue my videocon d2h connection and allow me to install the dish tv on the terrace.

I have booked a unit D4/1803 eco village-2 paid them 1 lakh and now they are saying me that at this time they dont have enough funds for refund. as well not giving proper time for refund. i have mailed them 7 trailer mails but no repose. i even visited there office but still the same now they are advising me that find someone who can take the flat they will transfer the booking of them to me .

see supertech is a big scam they are doing not only me there are thousands of people who are messed in this scam. please its urgency i need to pay that one lakh for my surgery and they guys are just messing the things or other option they told me is that wait till the company not comes in such situation that they can pay the funds to the customer.

rather now no bank is ready to loan property of super tech

I have booked studio flat in jan 2019 with below T&C.

12000/month return till possession
No EMI till Possession
25000/Month for 36 month post possession

Builder applied loan from PNB and they rejected by saying that project is too delay. But builder informed me that PNB rejected due to their internal issue and they again applied from L&T and it's got approve in JUL-AUG. But now they are asking me to change the payment plan by saying that due to RBI rule change PRE EMI have to pay now itself and trying to convince me that Supertech will pay on behalf of you. But when I asked me to give in return they are not ready and saying this will take 2-3 month time to get in written.
Even they are not ready for refund my money.
Now it's around 9 month over of booking.
Can you please suggest someone How can get my money back

Note :-
1) possesstion date mention in builder buyer agreement is september 2017..

2) 85% payment already taken by you before 21st feb 2017 according to construction linked payment plan

3) from february 2017 onward no progress & no construction is going on in our tower c-1

Humble request :- now it's almost more then 2 year waiting for possession but i think it takes more years to complete because no construction is going on from last 24 months..

Note:- now supertech said he will tentatively give possession in dec 2022 (5 year delay)

I have in your pentagon mall haridwar, second floor shop no 25, it's been 2 year my shop has been closed and still you are taking maintenance charges of a closed shop you promised my that mall will be a huge success lots a people will but nothing happend from almost 7 years. Your mall team promised me to put my shop on rent if you buy shop in our mall that does not happen from last two years. From now onwards i will not pay any maintenance charges untill a open my shop or put it on a rent if you don't agree give my money back which paid you for my shop.

I booked a 3 bhk flat in supertech limited eco village 3 in 12.07.2016,
Which was supposed to be delivered by oct-2017, till today date, i did not receive my flat till now. It stands in same situation and management are not trying to fulfill the commitment.
Supertech already crossed the up rera deadline that was mar-2019. I want to know about action of such builder.
Why did not register for fir for supertech management team who cheated the buyer.

I booked a 3 bhk flat with super built up area of 1595 on 2nd sept 2012 in supertech eco village 1, noida extension. At that time the possession date was mar 2015. After doing a long mental harassment they sent a pre possession letter on april 2019. Not that was a biggest mental harassment cause they added illegal charges of rs. 10, 35, 500 lakh which include added super built up area, escalation charges, compensation charges, etc. Which were never told to us. They made a one sided agreement. They increased my super built up area 265 with out my consent and with out increasing the carpet area of inner walls. Saying that they increased the balcony by 5 soft. Now they are asking money for that. They also added escalation charges. They are asking penalty of 24% on delay payment and giving me only rs 5/sqft. Now they are threatening us as well. They are torching me. We waited for the possession for last last 4 years which is a very very big time. I request you to do the justice. I am pregnant woman and getting harassed by supertech since april 2019.

Dear all and hey god!

Please save me from clutches of supertech. I booked a flat in golf village and there is no sign of possession and no commitment by the builder.

The supertech was supposed to handover the possession by january 2017 but there is no sign and no construction on site.

Please, someone, come forward and help.

I request all future buyers to check the experience of old buyers before you pay for your journey to hell.

Supertech commited to Give possesion on Dec, 2017.

But no possession has been given by supertech. There are so many false commitment done by supertech.Our hard earn money has been in this project.
Supertech has done our Loan from India bull & supertech has taken all money from India bull.

Now Supertech has not given us possession nor it is paying Pre EMI to india bull as committed by supertech in his contract.

Plz help us & let us know further steps to be taken.

I have visited personally several time to their sector 58 office but always had that they will inform but no response

This is to inform that I had applied for T-2 1 BHK in The Valley project but due to some personal problem I had requested for cancellation.

I have submitted written request at your Gurugram office (The Supertech house sohna road) to Ms. Trisha Khem Kohli on 09/06/2019 and still chasing for my refund.

I had sent many reminders to her but she never replied. I visited again your office on 13/07/2019 and Met with Ms. Ankita Sahni, she assured me, but still am not getting my fund.

Is this the way the supertech treating with client?? As per HUDA policy, builder should refund fund withing 15 Day's.

You think, how can any client give any reference or future plan to buy your flat if they treated like this.

Request to understand my concern/urgency and refund my money without further delay.

We booked an apartment in supertech hues in pre launch in 2013 and even after 6 years there is no news of handover or possession. Sometime in 2015, supertech being a fraud company joined hands with another exploitative bank dhfl and literally forced its customers to undergo subvention and made us bind into a contract with dhfl who paid all the dues to supertech immediately and now after 3 years also there is no sign of handover by supertech but since dhfl had already paid entire amount under subvention, we are now bound to pay to bank every month a hefty amount. That too when there is no news of our aprtment being handed over in future. No reps from supertech ever respond to any calls or emails. Totally a fraud company. We can not even stop paying to dhfl as that will ruin our cibil score. Supertech and dhfl 's scheme to loot customers has been successful and we are suffering at their smartness. Lets all join hands together and atleast bring down this builder. Aditya [protected]
