Supertech Supernova — Fraudulently forfeited our 300, 000/-

Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice the fraudulence done to me of Rs 3 lacs by Supertech Supernova Ltd under the provision of assured return scheme run under this project.
I am Deepa Vashisht based at Ahmedabad, living with my family of husband two children and one neice and nephew. We had planned to purchase a property in supernova of Supertech ltd in which they had assured returns of 12% till the offer of possession and minimum 8% for life .Being a middle class family and with no guarantee of future, we thought of investing in the lucrative scheme.

1-Before investing into the same we wanted to clarify few doubts, therefore I requested to Propshop and Mr Anupam Singh ( Supertech) for the copy of Allotment letter ( contract paper ) to study before investing in Supernova, Mr Anupam Singh strictly told me that without receiving cheque of 10% of total cost from us, he can not share any document regarding project, as per company policy.
Our dealers M/S Propshop assured us that they will not present the cheque and this is only a formality so that we can clarify on our doubts before investing and be assured of our investment. But I am unable to understand under what compulsion they presented our cheque.
2- Even after repeated request for the copy of contract paper/Allotment letter for us to study (as promised ), Mr Anupam Singh has given MOU instead of Allotment letter to study deliberately, reason best known to Mr Anupam Singh.
3- Now the worst part is Mr Anupam Singh from Supertech Ltd has given MOU for study and wants us to sign on Allotment letter no- IN -DL[protected]N, Dated- 17 July 15) ( which is entirely different contract paper or Subject matter).
4- While going through allotment letter( Certificate number- IN -DL[protected]N, Dated- 17 July 15) sent by them we have raised various concerns, which was full of irregularity and clear cut violation of RBI guidelines.
5- Since assured return scheme is not approved by SEBI therefore we have requested to return our money back from Supertech, also we have not signed any agreement letter so far. Now they are refusing to return our money even after repeated requests.
