I got a call stating from cashe saying i have a loan dues since i was not aware so told the person to plz send me the details on my mail id.Later on a high voice he told me to repay i assured him once will go through call you back he began abusing on call.As the mail which i recived is of loan disbursed of last year.Where you have been so many days.Later recived a text message having abuse and vulgur content.Is this the way these people talk to clients.Is this proffesionalism maintained.I am sharing all the prrof and the matter is also live on social media and to the bangalore cyber crime.I want to escalte and senior official should look into this.while got confirmation from caSHE NO LOAN IS BEEN TAKEN SINCE WHO CALLED ME AND MAIL IS TRIGGERED.I M ATTACHING THE PROOFS.
