I purchased Supreme solar water heater 300LPD from "Success Energy Solutions Pvt Lmt" dealer in Hosur- Tamilnadu on 10-Sep-2016. It was frequently serviced by same dealer till date, In dec-2020, serviceman from dealer came for service and then onwards, it is continuously leaking. When I contacted them again and reported this issue, they advised for tank replacement on warranty due to it attracted rust near O-ring welding area. On 5-Apr-2021, I registered a complaint with Supreme customer care Complaint No : 2233, Serviceman from same dealer again visited my home and this time they took photo snaps of defective area and assured for tank replacement soon.
Weeks past, but no replacement done. I went to dealer shops and enquired, I heard silly reasons from Murali(a representative from local dealer).He also said expecting replacement from supreme company is not assured and unpredictable. But when I raised a question - then why are you dealing such untrusted brand, his reply is since it is cheap compared to other brands. Then I found speaking with him is waste of time and last he asked me to check with customer care directly instead of arguing with him.
When I called customer care for second time, they asked for documents like invoice, guarantee card etc. to process for replacement despite those documents were shared by dealer to customer care already when they came for inspection through my complaint. Later on, customer care lady started giving reasons for not forwarding my documents to management which can then go for replacement.
Now they started questioning on genunity of documents saying its been generated on-demand recently. It looks like they intentionally dragging to cross warranty period.
