I am a customer of 5 Supreme Solar heaters, I have no issues with 3 Supreme Glassline Solar Heaters. But the last batch were Supreme Solar ETC Tanks. This tank uses a ball valve to limit pressure building up in the tank. The only water force produces is by the weight of the water in the tank. and the water pressure is unusable in apartments where lots of people live.

The reason the old solar worked was due to a 2000 liter overhead tank that was causing sufficient water pressure. Now that this new ETC model tank is cancelling the pressure by using a ball valve.

This model was supplied by Shree Banashankari Enterprises with GST- 29ELNPS2653R1ZV - Name Sandeep Gowda - [protected].

Sandeep Gowda and his accomplice Vinay Gowda are known to take customers for granted. They refuse to take calls, as I am asking them to replace ETC tanks with normal tanks. These cheap people, they say goods once sold cannot be returned. LOL.

It is surprising that Supreme engineered such a tank without thinking about mid size G+3 apartments in mind.

Now these Gowda^2 duo is asking me to fit a pressurizer - which I have refused.

These Supreme Gowda's are capable of single-handedly killing the goodwill of the Supreme Company

I purchased Supreme solar water heater 300LPD from "Success Energy Solutions Pvt Lmt" dealer in Hosur- Tamilnadu on 10-Sep-2016. It was frequently serviced by same dealer till date, In dec-2020, serviceman from dealer came for service and then onwards, it is continuously leaking. When I contacted them again and reported this issue, they advised for tank replacement on warranty due to it attracted rust near O-ring welding area. On 5-Apr-2021, I registered a complaint with Supreme customer care Complaint No : 2233, Serviceman from same dealer again visited my home and this time they took photo snaps of defective area and assured for tank replacement soon.

Weeks past, but no replacement done. I went to dealer shops and enquired, I heard silly reasons from Murali(a representative from local dealer).He also said expecting replacement from supreme company is not assured and unpredictable. But when I raised a question - then why are you dealing such untrusted brand, his reply is since it is cheap compared to other brands. Then I found speaking with him is waste of time and last he asked me to check with customer care directly instead of arguing with him.

When I called customer care for second time, they asked for documents like invoice, guarantee card etc. to process for replacement despite those documents were shared by dealer to customer care already when they came for inspection through my complaint. Later on, customer care lady started giving reasons for not forwarding my documents to management which can then go for replacement.

Now they started questioning on genunity of documents saying its been generated on-demand recently. It looks like they intentionally dragging to cross warranty period.

I have bought solar water heater of 200 litres with supreme solar, when the service engineer came for service he said issue with drum just in 2years given warranty for 5 years. First they asked for invoice or guarantee gaurd unfortunately I missed some where, they have not accepted tried to convince me and sell another water heater by paying 16000. I started searched and found gaurantee card. Now they are not accepting without invoice.
Need to take serious action on them, otherwise they will fool many consumers

I have purchased supreme solar on 16/OCT/2020, from day one I had an issue with force of outlet water, solar Inlet is filling fast after 60 lts of solar outlet water, the force of the water coming out of solar outlet is very very thin, because of this issue the water comes out in my taps is very slow.

Not even a month now I had purchased this solar, raised complaint with customer care and tried to contact customer care and solar technicians every day, but no one is bothered and they are not ready to replace the solar which is clearly in warranty

The Technician and Customer care keeps postponing, even after SLA breach, they don't bother .

Very disappointed with this Solar, I would never recommend this solar to any one .

Even after reaching all the contacts above on daily basis, they just listen - Promise and Ignore everything

We purchased a supreme solar water heater (300 lpd) for our house from electro power (Dealer), faridabad in december 2016 for rs 38, 000 approx (Cost of pipes separate, total cost of equipment and installation around rs 50, 000). Since, the first month we are facing problem, basically the system does not give any hot water, it only gives lukewarm water on sunny days. On cloudy/foggy days it gives only cold water. When you call the dealer/company, they respond after many calls just to tell you get your system needs to be serviced and you need to pay rs 1100 for service. On repeated complaints that the system has not worked from day 1, they talk back rudely and say they cannot help. Also, they say that we should use electricity for heating the 300 l tank. For us a 20 l electrical geyser was enough but now we have to heat 300 l of water with electricity because the government regulation says we cannot have electrical water heater installed in 500 sq yard houses in huda colonies. I think government should not support companies like this. They are actually making us waste much more money and electricity with the farce name of solar. I hope somebody will look into this matter and save many prospective customers from getting cheated like us. Thank you!

I bought supreme solar for 300 liters with pressure pump option with a dealer devaraju mobile: [protected].
Who installed the solar panel and the tank but they have not concealed the solar tank stand and panel stand with concrete.
We faced a huge strom heavy rain and both the panels were taken away by the strom and both the panel glass have been broken and flipped.
The service engineer came for inspection and took photo's. Post which their is no response form the supreme solar its been 4 months i have been fallowing up they are blaming the dealer. No body takes the ownership.

And completely dissatisfied customer don't buy any product from supreme solar who dint even bother about the customer.
By a branded product don't trust start up companies like supreme.

I purchased 200 ltr solar water heater from supreme solar system dealer sunshine power systems and engg pvt ltd. Company coimbatore. Purchased during jan 2014.

The solar water tank they provided 5 years warranty. I have bill and warranty card. The solar tank got crack. I log complaint and shared the bill and warranty card to the company to get service. Still they not providing service.

Logged complaint # 8441 with supreme solar, bangalore.

Please advise how to get warranty service.

The dealer Mr.Ravikumar gave false information that Hot water will be available all the time. But even after 15 days ofof installation I am not able to get hot water at all. The dealer tells me all nonsense stories if I ask him to take the machine and refund my money. He tells that product once sold will not be taken back. I am not happy with the product and I want my complete money that is 14, 500 for the system and 2, 500 for plumbing charges back. Please help me. Apoorva Lakshman [protected]
