Supreme Solar — The Bill for the purchase of Solar Water heater has not reached

I have purchased the Solar Water Heater on 14/Jun/2026 and made payment immediately after the purchase.

Still on today (27/Jun/2026) the invoice copy / Bill has not been received from Supreme Solar. When spoke with office staff, they said that there may be an issue with Supreme Solar company server / It would be residing in SPAM. I had checked several times on this issue and confirm that there is no issue with my e-mail box.

The most shocking was that, when i prompted to improve your service-system so that bills/ any communication to reach on-time, they were rude and did not accept the fault on their side, on the contrary they suggested that if you are not happy- you can complain even to Karnataka CM D K Shivakumar.
