Supreme Solar Water Heater — solar leakage

We have installed supreme solar water heater system in 2011. It was providing good service, but leaking on and off which was rectifiable. At present, water is leaking so much that we are unable to use it. We called up the person who installed it, however no response. I have filled up the form online on the site asking for assistance, however no response till now.
