I had installed Supreme Solar Heater for the house on 31/04/2014. At that time the authorized dealer said that Suicid will be found but subsidy has not come yet. attached...

We have installed supreme solar water heater in our home and from the day one of installation it is not storing a single drop of heat water inside the water cylinder, we have requested the local supplier to replace the same and he was responding with unparlementary words to the family ladies and no response from past 4 month's .. I want to bring this to your notice from this that either of supreme solar water heater company or their distributors...

My name is sunpreet singh rekhi from 20 days i am complaining ur dealer that hot water is not coming and he always tell that tomorrow person will come by from 20 day nobody came to solve that prblm and after that they are talking in very rude manner and telling to complain to company this my my work

We have installed supreme solar water heater system in 2011. It was providing good service, but leaking on and off which was rectifiable. At present, water is leaking so much that we are unable to use it. We called up the person who installed it, however no response. I have filled up the form online on the site asking for assistance, however no response till now.
