I ordered sony earbuds from the instagram page and when the mode of delivery reflecting ekart then i was assured about its genuineness. I paid the amount 1600rs as it was by ekart courier service through which i had been receiving many orders through flipkart. I found two broken pieces of headphones of a random chinese company. The order id was pkrc[protected]. Please help me in recovery of my amount. I am devastated and depressed with this incident. Please please help. There are no details of this said company.
