Surat Municipal Corporation — Frustration from street dogs and neighbours

We are residence of Ashirwad soc., b/h sutex bank, nr. Navyug college, rander road, surat. We are having extreme pain from street dogs. They are making our street dirty and we are having trouble even walk out there. They are barking all night long and creating inconvience for people to pass by the street. our children are not safe and people are terified with this nuisance. Please do something about it. Even many of people take dogs to their house in air condition and in night they ignore them so dogs are started barking all night and sleep on car’s roof and ruin our radio antenna and screeches on front glass. I have phoned on SMC help number they denied to help us. Now who is the responsible of this expenses. I saw some video on internet about people harm dogs and police caught them to police station. I think police dont have right to take them to station because we complained something you cant do anything about it. If police have rights it to do and where is our rights.
