This company Sureka Forbes reached out to me regarding my expiring original AMC with Eureka Forbes. They tricked me into believing that they are calling from Eureka Forbes and sold me a 2 year AMC for my water filter for Rs. 9500. However, after payment it was revealed to me that the AMC is from Sureka Forbes which has no relation to Eureka Forbes. after this, i have asked them via email, calls to cancel the AMC and return my money but they are not responding.

Met sureka forbes officials. They cancelled the AMC and returned the amount. Good service

When there are so many complaints why no action is taken against them by the police.

Who did you talk to you at their office to get it resolved? The office people are not responding and the same with the technician who came for the renewal.
