Surekha forbes is a fraudulent company. They called me as my amc was about expire, saying they're from eureka. They sell taking full money, install duplicate filters then disappear! No response for calls, no service after taking money. Please be aware of this cheating company

How these ### get outlr every amc details. I got cheated today by these motherfockers...Guys, can we please do something very harse..why can't we all go to PS to file FIR and put all thse fockers behind bars..Am blore north resident.. Left me know if anyone else is victim of this a$$holes in this area..we can plan pls

Big fraud company.

They get details from Eureka Forbes and come in their name.
Take the money, spoil the water purifier and vanish.

Now after paying 10K for AMC and repaid, my water purifier is not working and no one is picking up the call

There is no way possible for outsiders to get AMC details, personal details, water purifier details, if Eureka Forbes are not share this.

This company Sureka Forbes is an imposter company. When I registered for a service on my Eureka Forbes App, I got a call the next day from them asking for an appointment to come service my Aquaguard and said they are from Eureka Forbes.
A technician named "98 Praveen" came home, serviced the Aquaguard and charged me 7500 INR for a 2-year AMC and said I will get the invoice soft copy later.
When I received the soft copy it read as Sureka Forbes and not Eureka Forbes.
A couple of days later, I got a call from Eureka Forbes for a service visit( the original company), I informed them that I had it done along with an AMC, to which they asked me to share the invoice details. When they checked they informed me that this is a local company and not associated with Eureka Forbes at all and I was cheated.
I called Sureka Forbes and then a lady gave me vague answers for a refund and said she will connect with her manager and call but that never happened.
In the meantime I called Eureka Forbes genuine technician(who also showed his ID card), to investigate the service, to which we found they used fake filters which weren't even licensed and showed a purity level way below the recommended level. This is scary as unfiltered water could have gotten us all sick at home, especially with a new mother in the house. I finally had to spend money to get the original filters installed.
I want a refund from them of 7500 or else I will have to take it up legally.

they called me saying that they are from Eureka Fobes & want to update my AMC as it got expired. a guy ( G Sai Jaswanth) came & changed the filter and charged AMC of Rs 5900. Next day when I checked with Eureka they told me that the AMC is not updated and I got tricked. I called Sureka to fix water leakage problem, but they are now not picking any form.

I took AMC but identified as this is wrong company, they are cheating by having name as Sureka Forbes

A lady by name Aysha called us from the number [protected] on 8th march and mentioned she was from aquaguard company and that AMC for the water filter was due for renewal. She mentioned that the technician would call us before coming, to confirm the AMC amount and he would do the servicing as well. When the technician Mr Santosh came, he mentioned that AMC cannot be paid by cheque and that he would return the next day with the card swiping machine. On the next day the lady by name Aysha called again and this time on being questioned as to why she did not mention that cheque would not be accepted, she said that from covid days onward cheques were not being accepted. Secondly, when I mentioned that AMC is due from April only, she mentioned that this AMC would start only in April ( but the invoice mentions as starting in March). In the evening, on 9th march, the technician Mr Santosh came, did the servicing and then swiped the card for the AMC of Rs. 9200/-. Immediately I received the message about the card payment but it showed as a payment to Sureka forbes. On questioning the technician, he mentioned that it was a service centre of Eureka forbes and that’s why it was Sureka forbes. We then asked him for his identity card which he mentioned was unavailable with him at that time and that he would send it as a whatsapp picture. Till date it has not been provided. The next day the water filter had a leak and I spoke to the technician Santosh and told him about it. He said he would come on the same day to check on it but did not turn up. We have been continuously trying to call the number [protected] in order to speak to Aysha but there is no response at all. It either says busy or no one answers. Till date we have not been able to get to talk to anyone from this company or get anyone to come.
Since matters were misrepresented to us making it look like Eureka forbes, and since we now know that it is not the original organization, we know that we have been cheated by them. I understand that many people have been cheated in the same manner by this company Sureka Forbes.
I request help in recovering the amount from them.

We received a call from a service technician on March 11, 2023 and we were told that he was calling from Eureka Forbes. We acted in good faith based on our previous trust on Eureka Forbes and made the payment of 8500/- for a 2 year AMC to the technician named Jashwanth through google pay.
It was only after the invoice was sent through Whatsapp later that we realized the company name is not Eureka Forbes but it is Sureka Forbes.
We tried calling all the numbers mentioned on the invoice but got no answer.
This was not a contract which we intended to enter into because we were under the impression that we were dealing with Eureka Forbes.
We have been scammed. Now we don't know how to get our money back. We have shared our story with our friends and acquaintances to raise awareness.

There is this company called Sureka forbes which is selling fake AMC's around bangalore. It gets information about AMC expiry from existing Eureka forbes employees and sells the same. it has taken 10, 000 for AMC but never provided a single service.

This is ridiculous, they called us as Eureka forbes as our AMC was getting expired and we thought it's Eureka Forbes and paid them for duplicate candles, in fact they took some chip part out of the genius model, maybe service indicator won't even blink any more

Can somebody please create a group on social media then let all the victims join & meet up.

Together we can easily lodge a case against them.

Because this consumer forum does let us to share any number or Email ID.

These guys pretended to be from Eureka Forbes and made me take an AMC of Rs 8850 for 2 years. Not sure on the quality of filters changed by a person called Nagesh. What is Eureka Forbes doing when they know abt this fraud company, atleast they should have sent a message letting customers know that such a fraud company exist and be careful. Also these guys know abt our AMC info which is still a serious loophole of Eureka. How can a fake company get your details. When I called the guy who had come to my place he said both companies are same and I can talk to his manager.

Took AMC for my kent from Sureka forbes on 27/05/22 for 2 years and paid 8880/-. I was promised for 2 services in a year and could not get even one service till date.

I tried calling the phone numbers and toll free number on the bill and no body answers.

Somehow these guys know our AMC details. Either agent in Eureka Forbes is providing our data or Eureka Forbes has weak security system. People trust these fraudsters because they know our AMC renewal date. They call us saying that our AMC is expiring which is true according to our application. I don't know how these guys get sleep daily after cheating daily. This company should be closed and everyone involved in this should be arrested.

Agent called saying our AMC was due and to renew. Came home and said he was from Eureka forbes. I showed him the previous amc details and he said he will get it renewed. Paid him 5500 for renewal via UPI (no other mode available) and he did service and left. Said invoice will be sent via whatsapp

Afterwards real Eureka forbes company called and asked about renewal. Gold him we just did that a few days back. They told to look at bill and it turns out to be Sureka forbes. They told con company and the filters are also duplicate when they visited and looked at the parts.

Called agent and office and asked for refund. After first call they are not picking up phone.

Thinking of going to their registered office and seeing what can be done. Any experience with that?

Next step will be consumer court.

Guess, high time for us to take this to next level by forming a group and regiostering a police complaint. Already just in this forum 25 cheated, . god knows how many they have cheated so far. Got a call from Ravikumar [protected] saying that our AMC was due for renewal. We believed them to be from Eureka Forbes. Only after they collected the money, did we realise that we had paid money to Surekha Forbes. Their official Customer support numbers are [protected] and [protected]. They have collected 9499.00 for two years AMC. The address given in the invoice reads Surekha Forbes Pvt Ltd. No 579 69th Cross Kumaraswamy Layout BSK II Stage,...

On 28th jan 2023 received call from a lady claiming to be from eureka forbes. She was telling me that our water purifier AMC is expiring so sent a technician for AMC renewal.

The technician showed a ID card from eureka forbes and renewed AMC.
He charged 9200/- by upi mode.
But he didn't share the receipt of payment physically, instead shared invoice on WhatsApp.

When we checked the invoice it was not from eureka forbes instead from Sureka forbes.They have removed our existing filters from the purifier and attached filters from Sureka forbes.

Sureka Forbes approached me as if they are Eureka Forbes for a mandatory service of my aquaguard and suggested I renew AMC as it was expiring this month. I paid them INR 10, 000 thinking they are rep/ franchisee of Eureka Forbes. Upon enquiry I was told they are neither authorized franchisee nor authorized by Eureka Forbes to collect AMC.

I have been calling them to cancel the AMC and refund the money, so far without success.

They will call you when AMC is about to be renewed and will never clearly say that they are not Eureka Forbes.

The engineer who comes from them wears a dress the same as that of eureka forbes, so you will always believe that they are from eureka forbes.

After renewing AMC, they will stop responding. They will put duplicate parts in your purifier also.

I have been using water purifier Aquaguard Genues since 2013.It has been under AMC since then and due renewal has been made without fail. On Jan 25 th 2023, I got a call saying its from Eureka Forbes and my AMC is expiring (as per your records it was right) and they would send technician the next day. I agreed the next day technician visited changed filters and we renewed AMC for Rs 10200/-.He said the invoice would de sent later to email.

It was until late evening when we got the invoice in the name of SUREKHA FORBES that we realized that we have been cheated and since then we have been calling them for refund and to take the fake filters but to no avail.

The manager Ravi fooled us saying the refund will be done on the same day and he doesn't even pick up the call

This is Durga Prasad from Bangalore. Sureka Frobes is fake orginization and they are cheating customers by saying they are from Euroka Frobes with fake Ids.

I got call from Sureka Frobes in 2nd week of January and mentioned, we are calling Euroka Frobes aqua guard and your Water purifier service is due on January. I have told them very specically, if your Euroka Frobes then please come & check. They came & check, they suggested that need to replace filters which cost 5k+ incase you take AMC then it will cover service and replacement which cost 7800/- for 2 years. I have accepted and paid for replacement, from there it has changed water taste and it is leaking. I got invoice by saturday evening by name of Sureka Frobes, when i ask today then they are saying all stories like we are good in customer service. I ask them to take your filters and pay back my money as you have cheated them then he said that, he can't pay as filter amount to deducted.

I don't know how to address, somebody help us on this.

This company people first claimed that they were ex Eureka forbes service people and charge little less compared to Eureka Forbes membership plan.

But now when you call half the time they don't respond nor do their assigned engineers come as per promised timeline.

They visit with fake ID card of Eureka Forbes & take money with the name of AMC renewal.

Eureka Forbes called me on 01/09/2023 stating that my AMC is expiring whereas I had renewed it on Nov 2022 .
When I mentioned the same they said its not in their system yet and who renewed it, then in the invoice I saw it as sureka.

Now Eureka Forbes is claiming that its not their service center.
When called up Sureka they said they are authentic eureka forbes service center.
I am stuck between both.
I need my AMC cancelled and refund back.
Don't trust on Eureka Forbes anymore.

This company Sureka Forbes reached out to me regarding my expiring original AMC with Eureka Forbes. They tricked me into believing that they are calling from Eureka Forbes and sold me a 2 year AMC for my water filter for Rs. 9500. However, after payment it was revealed to me that the AMC is from Sureka Forbes which has no relation to Eureka Forbes. after this, i have asked them via email, calls to cancel the AMC and return my money but they are not responding.

Sureka Forbes acted as if they were Eureka Forbes and took 1 year AMC for Rs 2950. When i questioned for bill they said it will come by mail, when the credit card swipe message came as sureka forbes, the agent said it is spelling mistake. Eureka Forbes have confirmed that this company is fake

We have AquaGuard Total Protec+ Water purifier device from Eurekha Forbes.
We got a call from a person who said they were calling from Eureka forbes and the AMC services for the water purifier device which I was using is nearing expiry.
Thus I informed them to extend the AMC period and change the filters.
Their executive came and took the money of Rs 9499 for 2 yrs AMC contract. I asked for the bill for which he told that bill will be sent to the email-id and took the money through Gpay.
After calling them they sent the bill in the name of Sureka Forbes.

On contacting Eurekha Forbes, they informed that Sureka Forbes is not associated with them and the AMC is not renewed with Eurekha Forbes.
Now we want to get the refund of AMC charges of Rs.9499 from Surekha Forbes.

They called up to inform me that they are calling from Eureka forbes and the AMC services for the water filter which i was using is expired. Thus i informed them to extend the AMC period and change the water filter candle.

Their executive came and took the money of Rs 4200 for 2 yrs AMC contract. I asked for the bill for which he told that bill will come directly from Eureka Forbes company and took the money too.

Later when i got the bill, it was written as "Sureka Forbes". By that time, the executive had left my place. I called up the executive to check, he informed that he is very far from my place and he was sent from Customer care department to change the water filer candle, this is all he knows.

I called up the same number who scheduled the visit, they tell that Sureka Forbes is also very good company and they provide the service. I even asked them that why did they tell you are from Eureka Forbes for which they had no answer but rather started debating..

This definitely is a cheating company to use other Company Name and make money

Complaint on Sureka forbes.

We got a call from the a year ago telling we are due for service from eureka forbes.. and I agreed for service.. when they came.. I did ask sureka it is.. but we bought from eureka.. the guy mentioned we are third party but the items we are putting is from eureka Forbes original products .. even the wrapper had eureka Forbes.. he filled us to get 2year AMC by telling its 5 k for a year and 8k for two years.. and charged extra by adding new filters also.. and they promised cleaning service every 4months.. and never picked the call.. after almost 8 months got a service for cleaning . Now since it's been an year I wanted to call for a service and now they say it's permanently closed... and there are many like me who have been cheated.

This is really sad.. kindly help us get our money back
