I took admission into an MBA course in the institute on 29.06.2019 by paying an amount of Rs 62421.00 and after submission of the all the necessary papers I was admitted and started doing classes. But suddenly in 12th December 20219, the university office told me that they need certain original certificate which also I submitted but one mark sheet of my engineering was missing and the university does not make it clear if I can continue the course or not. My engineering college was not responding to my mark sheet request due to pandemic situation. University should have told me about the requirement of the original certificate before the admission so that I could have taken a consorted decision. My money has been pending and I am unable to do my course and so I requested my money refunded. I have already filled the cancellation form as desired by the university but the money has not been refunded yet. Due to this I am suffering from acute mental stress. As such please do the needful to arrange the refund my admission money as well as compensation for the mental harassment that the university has given to the tune of Rs 10, 00, 000.00
