Hi i had submited project in feb 2021 and it's been 2 years still markseet of 4th sem and certificate not recevied

I took admission into an MBA course in the institute on 29.06.2019 by paying an amount of Rs 62421.00 and after submission of the all the necessary papers I was admitted and started doing classes.
