I had booked a ticket from hosur to erode with kallada travels which should have started around 6.30 am at hosur, we were waiting at the boarding point for more than 2 hrs and kept on trying to reach out to them but did not get any response from them. So finally I reached out to red bus and asked about the status, they told me like the would arrive at 10am approx., which was almost 4 hrs delay. suresh Kallada travels office people also very rude. This is the worst travels I have ever travelled, they are the least bothers about the passenger and did not even inform the passengers about the delay(4 hrs delay) which is very worst and not even arranged any alternatives.
