I heartfully thank you for starting the kallada bus service!
Few reasons to point out before you decide-
Myself and my colleague booked tickets from cochin to hyderabad, booking status confirmed on 08/10/16 at 1245 hours for rs 3900.
The next day got two messages from kallada travels that the tickets been cancelled and other one with booked successfully. Called kallada travels and confirmed the status.
On the day of journey, the travel agents called and told the bus would arrive at 1500 hours.
We reached and had to wait 1 hour for the bus. I kept on calling, the agent at the cochin office told the bus would arrive soon.
The bus ka 0076 had neither stopped for us to board in or called the passengers and confirmed it.
