Dt 11/12/2023 Cash paid Rs. 590 towards watching 'Animal' movie at Sudha cenipolis, Shalibanda, Hyderabad
Movie time 5pm, but because of wrong guidence of Screen, we ended up at 6.40 pm & surprised to know that because of wrong guidence we had watched the second half of the Animal movie.
The same we have complant to the manager, he responded very arrogantly & asked us to come tomorrow to complaint. Hence we request to immediately take action & make availability to guide properly.
