I had purchase the online product on 2 Oct 23, i received on 5 Oct but the product was not as show on Instagram or there website Surtisilk.com so i mail them for return with images and my concern . product was picked then i asked them for exchange with different product . after a multiple follow up now they are saying their is a difference of 200 RS. more which i had to pay. they are forcing may to pay first then only they will dispatch the order.
i tried reaching them on[protected] i had sent multiple mails on ( [protected]@surtisilk.com) past 3 days they are not replying to my mail i asked them to refund the money . but they are not answering the call or my mails.
Please help me to get my money back 1599?- was the amount i had paid.
request you to take serious action the seal there workshop.

After ordering- they were not responsive.
I received a product after 15days, that dint match their pictures or description .
When contacted for the same, at first they did not respond and later when they did, they did not agree to take responsibility of the same, and just kept wasting my exchange period, donot buy from the site. Its not worth getting your money stuck.
