Can't even stalk my product, have no idea where is my product.No response from the company related to delivery of my product

I had purchase the online product on 2 Oct 23, i received on 5 Oct but the product was not as show on Instagram or there website Surtisilk.com so i mail them for return with images and my concern . product was picked then i asked them for exchange with different product . after a multiple follow up now they are saying their is a difference of 200 RS. more which i had to pay. they are forcing may to pay first then only they will dispatch the...
