Surya Flame — Gas burner not working properly

The gas burner does not works properly and gets switch off in middle it also make weird noises please fix the problem as soon as possible the product is under the warranty period and i have the invoice copy of the product i have purchased it from Homeshop 18 in Nov 2015 but started to use it now please look in to the problem as soon as it is possible

We purchased surya flame 3 burner gas stove on this month of may2017.we just used only for 20 days.we having a complaint the middle burner is not working properly and get a noise from the burner..having a purchased copy..please recover the problem as soon as possible..
