Cheap quality material used and rude customer executive dupingourmoney
I Purchased surya flame 2burner glass gas stove on4th may 2024 with 2 year warranty on entire product... the product is supposed to be stainless steel and it started rusting within 14days.. the screws have become completely black... that kind of rusting... this shoes the quality of materials they are using while manufacturing ... while connecting to customer care and support they do not reply or answer and upon answering the executive is rude in talking they do not provide any solution... and blame it on basic wear and tear ... when clearly it is cheap product quality and horrible after sake service. After repeated complaints they sent someone to check, that person admitted that the gas has rusted wtihin 1 month of purchase... later on the customer service calls and says that MD is also saying that it is not rusted...and that the technician has no knowledge about this ...Then why was such a technician sent who doesnt have any knowledge, where as in reality the technician saw the rust but the company is not ready to accept the cheap quality product they are serving to clients...and this doesnt end... the executive says, " MAM ywh rust nai hai, toh hum iska kuch nai kar sakte.. humare MD ne bhi yahi kaha jab humne unko aapka issue bataya" ...On seing photos they could decide if it is rust or no ... and the technician who is accepting that it is rust is a fool has no knowledge.

I bought 3burner stove and I received defective piece.
Upon raising a complaint thrice technician did visit my place and declared its a faulty piece.
Now my complaint is closed they promised they will replace and now they have closed my case without a solution....

Im writing this in regards to your employees named Manisha Singh with mobile no.[protected]
I recently purchased a surya flame 3 burner gas stove and have been a customer of your company since years.
I purchased a gas stove around 2-3 months back and it incurred some problem recently, the gas has been leaking from it continuously and my mom has been worried for the same as its quite unsafe and can cause any misshaping and i had registered a complaint for the same with complaint no. #DL221212BHA0044 and the complaint was assigned to an employee from your company named Manisha Singh.
We called the customer care a week back and were assured that next day one of your executive would visit and fix the issue but no one came. My mom called again day before as the gas is still leaking from the burner and my complaint was registered by your employee named Manisha Singh and she assured that someone would come yesterday or by today morning but still no one came.My mom called manisha and she started rudely behaving with my mom saying “Apki akele ki complaint nahi hai, or b logg hai” and disconnected the call and blocked my number”
I called her to ask the status and the reply i was given was “ek complaint k lia kitne logg phone karoge? Jab aana hoga aajyga, mera time matt kharab karo! And she blocked my number”
I just wanted to ask that is this the type of after sales support you give to your customers?
If something happens to my family because of this leakage, your company would be responsible for the same and i will be taking this matter legally and also filing a complaint in consumer court for the same.
Being a government official and working for Ministry of Home affairs, now I would like to bring this matter in court under section 294 of IPC, Section 354 of IPC, Section 509 of IPC, Section 417 of IPC, Section 420 of IPC against your employees for troubling a women and you would be receiving the legal notice in next 2-3 working days for the same
A copy of this complaint is also being sent to consumer court and complaint forum.
Meanwhile you are kindly requested to get the complaint rectified on the priority basis and take a strict against Ms. Manisha so that this is not repeated further with other customers
Also, i want an apology from your employee to my mom for misbehaving with me and my mom as this is not an appropriate way of talking to a senior citizen

Knob of surya flame gas stove ejected leading to fire

I have purchased surya gas stove from Amazon on 24.09, 2020. pls see invoice for details. which having two years warranty.
Yesterday on date 05, 04, 2022 while cook was working in kitchen at around 12:30 hrs, suddenly gas right side burner knob ejected out itself, and fire start from knob at was speeded up to 1 m. Luckily cook was in left side of gas survived and fire extinguished after closing gas cylinder regulator knob. A disaster was avoided by timely actions but this raised questions on gas burner safety.
Being a Surya flame I purchased this product as an excellent company for a gas burner, But this seems like some manufacturing defect and needs to be addressed urgently, This can lead to disaster in any house.
In view of above I request you people take note of this event, identify the root cause and get it rectified earliest so no event should take place in future

Horrible product and an extremely rude customer service agent
This is to express a highly disappointig service and a product from your end. I had bought a set of 3 pressure cooker from d Mart on 22 feb 2022. After 1st use of just Boiling water, all cookers turned black with strips visible. The grey coat on the cooker stuck to fingers and was very disturbing considering this product is used to cooking food and the layer of a toxic material is present on it.
Considering this I decided to to get a replacement or a refund. After speaking with the customer service, an extremely rude person let us know that it's NORMAL FOR THE COOKER TO TURN BLACK AFTER 1ST USE. He agreed to replace just one of 3 cookers SINCE THAT WAS THE WORST AMONGST THE REST. Or I had to pay the charge to get all replaced. Why on earth should a customer pay for transportation of products that were defective. Whose fault was it? Yours or mine?????
I HAVE NOT PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS LESS BAD!!! investing 1500 rs is not a small deal and we expect a quality product. The least you could have done is to respect what the customer is saying instead of shooting lines like, do whatever you want to, we will not replace it. I have not purchased a cooker for the first time in my life to not know that quality is poor.
This is absolutely disgusting and an extremely outrageous customer service. This product was under warranty and I have raised a complaint on 2nd day of purchase and still, nothing was done from your end.
Shut down your company if you can't manufacture quality product and provide basic courtesy to your customers by your customers service. Regret the purchase from your company. Stop fooling and cheating people. Your will never get ahead in life by cheating people like this.

Stove glass broken automatically
Stove top glass automatically broken and glass scattered everywhere.
it's only 3 months completed after purchasing the gas stove.
Very poor quality product with very bad service.
I have raised complaint and its almost 1 month+, still issue is not resolve by Surya flame.
I am calling daily to customer center every time just they gives excuses and says technician will visit today.
Not happy with product and service.

While using the glass cooktop, it exploded all of the sudden and creates panic. The glass of Cook top scattered everywhere where. Its a life threating to use such low quality products which don't have proper safety measurements....

The stove has completely rusted from one side and one its leg has also broken. The side has started crumbling and it has also disbalanced. The gas stove was hardlynpurchased 1 and half yrs ago and it is in the warranty period. On complaining the executive is asking to send 50% of the amount to replace it with a new one. But even if i send them the money what is the garuntee that i shall receive the gas stove.

2 burner glass top stove

I have bought 2 burner flame glass top stove from d-mart vadodara in january 2018. From february 2018 i have been facing problem of gas leakage. I have lodged a complaint on the toll free number with complaint number - 642. Technician arrived without checking properly just tightened the nut quickly and said all is okay, there will be no leakage further. But we were not satisfied with his visit as the gas leakage problem was not solved. I have lodged a complaint again, but there is no response on that and the technician was saying, the gas companies are putting chemicals in gas, so the smell was coming. But the gas was leaking continuously through knobs and burners because gas smell is going outside of home even and its filling completely inside home when we leave regulator open so it not normal at any cost. I don’t want to keep this stove and want to return it asap as i can’t risk my family with this gas stove. And i am expecting a prompt response on this so i can buy a safe stove.

The gas burner does not works properly and gets switch off in middle it also make weird noises please fix the problem as soon as possible the product is under the warranty period and i have the invoice copy of the product i have purchased it from Homeshop 18 in Nov 2015 but started to use it now please look in to the problem as soon as it is possible...

Surya flame 4 burner gas stove exploded

Surya Flame 4 Burner Gas Stove exploded when the stove was ignited for cooking on 10- Sept-16, which was informed to the Local Vendor M/s Spensor on 11-Sept-16 and the company technician has visited and inspected the stove and has taken photos and sent to his manger and informed that within 1 Week either the glass or Stove will be replaced. On 26-Sept-16 we have received a call from the Service centre stating that you will have to pay for the Glass as the glass is not covered under warranty .

No proper Flame pop-up in Middle and large Burner.
Engineer visited 3 Times and change some parts twice and at last he replied to raise concern in company that its can't be repaired.
No response received from Delhi customer care office[protected] and 234 .
when called on this number, Receiver told that he will talk to engineer and respond but no call got. every time i got "AASHWASAN"
I am following up for it from 23rd Oct 2015 and not got any response.
i have to raise a concern with consumer court with all telephonic conversation details .
can any one from this team resolve this issue.
