Surya Palace — booking amount taken in june but sofa cum bed is not delivered yet.

I have booked a sofa cum bed with dezigner furniture and interiors in june 2017, by paying 10, 000/- advance, at the time of booking they showed they have factory and ahmedabad, after some time they asked me to go to mumbai varsova, for choosing the cloth, when i reached mumbai they didn't even shared their office address, saying no body is at office so come next time, after some time when i complained again, they said they will refund the amount after 25% deduction, like this they have wasted almost 6 months have passed, most of the time they don't even take my calls, or in case if they receive my call, they always promise to deliver soon, but at the end.. They do not deliver.. And now i'm worried, as i already paid one third amount and i'm bound to buy from them, they will not even make the quality product, in case you can make them to deliver my stuff..
