Surya Roshni — f&f settlement not done

Dear sir,
This to inform you that i had joined the company in 2017 and resigned the company in nov 2017, due to some unavoidable circumstances. But after more than one and half years back my f&f settlement not done yet. After giving so many emails to the concerned department no solution is provided. Now i am frustrated with the company because of the unfavorable behavior of the company.
I requested you to please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
