This is the worst company we ever interacted with, this company doesnt care for their customers nor their experience. Our simple complaint of geyser not working, it is extremely painful process to reach customer care and there is no response from them, the technician they assigned is extremely lazy to even address the problem, our geyser in still in warranty and we bought less than 4 months ago. I think its easy to throw away the geyser than to get it fixed from them
