I have bought a ceiling fan of Surya Company on May 2022. It is in under warranty of 2 years. I have registered complaint 3 times but my ceiling fan not repaired till now.

Their are 60 pic. of light SLEDLS12WSTELLAR PRO are defected at my site .
Do the needfull.

I bought a fan, during 4 months running speed is very slow.4 times complain the company, his service technician already change the 4 times capacitor, but same problem found.

I had purchased 4 surya 15w wed bulbs on 24/11/2020 from Mahadev Light House BLDE road Vijayapur 586103. As yr co policy the warranty is 2 years. But he Shop owner is not replacimg the bulbs. Please do needful

Water pump is not working. Repair it as soon as possible.

This is the worst company we ever interacted with, this company doesnt care for their customers nor their experience. Our simple complaint of geyser not working, it is extremely painful process to reach customer care and there is no response from them, the technician they assigned is extremely lazy to even address the problem, our geyser in still in warranty and we bought less than 4 months ago. I think its easy to throw away the geyser than to get it fixed from them

I have a complaint, send someone to be my selling fan who makes a lot of noise and not working properly

This complaint is regarding gas gyser repair for which service providers contact number I got [protected]. I have called him three times in a day but he is trying to postpone timing. And in final call he is saying that he is completely unaware of this complaint.
Last time also this service provider did same thing for 2 days.

If he is not willing to give service or deliberately trying to delay then why he is assigned complaints of customer.

Kindly change my service provider for subject customer complaint ref id.

Ceiling fan Run is Very Slow Speed

I bought a few wall fans for my office last november 2020, out of which 2 are making very loud sounds while working, the decibel level is so high that a conversation cannot be done in that room

My fan is not working if working than sound of motor is come from the fan..

Road light is not working since many days

I am strongly unhappy with surya cooler service. Within a year, 2 times i need to logged complaint. And in 2nd time service man didnt change the water pump. No dressing sense, no safety features, gloves, sanitizer...

He has only clean and said its fine but after 3 hour, again i am facing problem.

He is only waiting of expiration of bill validity. It seems 10k spend on the same was wrong decision.

Cant believe.
