Suryaflame — Surya Flame glass top gas stove

Address: 367/11, chinthagampalli village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri Dt, Tamil Nadu

Since I bought Surya Flames glass top 3 burner stove, right side burner and middle burner is getting off when turned in to sim level.

I bought unboxed product, when I opened it at home the stove got a dent at bottom side. I requested Surya flame through support call but they declined to replace the product.

I logged a complaint one month ago through Surya flames service portal, still there is no response and no solution provided by the company.

I request you please get me the solution for above mentioned both issues.

My parents (Senior citizens) are using the stove in a remote village. They aren't aware of the process to get it solved.
