Today I have Just asked to Sales person Satyanarayan Please explain me why u have more charged in my Loan first EMI but he is falling to explain me and doing abusing behaviour and he not understand any banking rules regulations and services and Also his branch head Vikas talking non sence and very bad language use
Not any level as Banker how to talking with customers this type staff mis guide and Bank name lost and down reputation
