Today I have Just asked to Sales person Satyanarayan Please explain me why u have more charged in my Loan first EMI but he is falling to explain me and doing abusing behaviour and he not understand any banking rules regulations and services and Also his branch head Vikas talking non sence and very bad language use

Not any level as Banker how to talking with customers this type staff mis guide and Bank name lost and down reputationbr...

37000 charged as part payment charges for the 8lllakh I paid against my loan but sanction letter doesn't mention any charges...

My courier sent to pune (Maharashtra) on 8th april -19 but still it was not delivered pod number is nma847245 and any one was not taking responsibility please verify and update the status on my mail id sharan. [protected]@suryodaybank.com. Your courier is most trusteble and honest to give service to costumer but we didn't understand why these mistakes happening we hope it will resolve by today....

Suryoday S.F.Bank, Tirunelveli (IFSC:SURYOBK0000) refused me to open a savings account on[protected].
I sent a complaint in detail by email to the grievances email id of your bank on 26-3-24.
Is the higher officials of Suryoday bank give any instructions to the Manager of the bank to not open any savings account to customers?

My Account Number is[protected] with Madurawi Branch. I am not in a position to use internet banking because image is not available for confirmation. This problem, I have represented to your Madurai Branch on several times during the last 6 months . Though they have promised necessary action but not so, till datae.
Kindly confirm image for net banking.

I am an loan account holder in your bank since last 3 years.home loan of Rs. 10 lacs in Bank loan number[protected]
I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank loan branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end.
Worts bank for service and worst for loan do not take loan...and also not open account

It's very disappointing service from your home loan, i have to pay 58000 Rs foreclosure charges.
Whereas other bank like Hdfc, icici, axis bank and other Nbfc don't charge.
So kindly do the needful and reverse the charges because currently I have fund issues and your team didn't support me
It will effect your brand name in future.
