Sutherland Global Services — non payment of salary for job

I was working in sutherland (Thane) in sbi process claim department from jan 2013 to june 2013, even after serving notice period i was not paid my salary for 1 month, my attendance was regular and performance was good, still my salary was not been paid by the company and hr is not giving reason for the same.
