Hi this is regarding my past experience with Sutherland global services whom i have worked from 3rd Jan 2022 till 17th Feb 2023 and even after serving my notice period of 60 days, the company asks for 14 thousand as a penalty for not serving notice period.

This was due to my manager asked to extend my notice period for one more month past serving my notice period of 60 day since there was huge attrition at that moment however i had to join my current company TCS for which I informed them that I would not be able to complete your 30 days notice period.

Still I somehow worked for another 7 days additional and now I have received an notice to pay 14 thousands.

I have written a million of E-mails to Sutherland. They have been giving me runaround for the last 3 years. They are not able to generate UAN, hence they keep referring me to the pf office. Chennai PF office is not responding to my E-mails.
I create a case every other day. They are not even bothered to go through my E-mails, they just keep closing the case. It's the worst company I have ever worked with. I also tried calling them multiple times . However, the HRs are unprofessional and callous. Please assist me to get my PF .

I have been selected in sutherland and submitted all the documents but there is this one issue regarding the cab which is effecting my Joining my house is in secunderabad and they provide cab facility with in 25km radius and i choose to go by my own as i am used to it so, now they are saying that i have to relocate to another place. Its so absurd and now they are saying that i cannot join just because i can't relocate to another place for the cab. This is ridiculous and meaningless. And till now i did not even got a call regarding my offer letter and salary anexure ..nothing. I just wanted to know is the way that the company and their people hire and torture just for cab silly transportation issue i mean like they are forcing the selected employee to use the cab services provided by the company. Please help me out in this issue.

I am not able to claim PF, as the amount was not transferred to next company, I got an error message "PAST PF ACCUMULATION WAS NOT RECEIVED PLS CONTACT THE EMPLOYEE". My name is varun, I was asking for me relieving from August but since I'm tenured my manager somehow convinced me to work for another 2 months promising me that he will get my papers so I served notice of 2 months but never applied for resignation because of my manager advice but when I asked on October...my manager is asking me to work for another 2 month as a notice period if not I'll not get my papers... But he has helped a female empolyee like the same earlier but why can't for gents !! I said I really cannot continue any more because they promise something and make us fool each month and. Sutherland Perungulathur Logistics Dept. Is controlled by a boss who is the # 1 example for stupidity. He don't take decision on his own and acts as per the advise of others. He don't treat his subordinates properly he will try to make fun of them infront of the vendors, such acts cause demotivation to the employee s. He don't approve the leaves that are submitted through the portal and he takes his sweet own time to approve it thereby resulting...

Working as a tl here. There is no job security they haven’t been able to manage the process and want to get rid of the new tl. They have been giving mental stress to me by saying we will throw you out we don’t need you start looking for a job or you are useless. I have been humiliated in front of everyone. There is no help or support from management or reporting manager. I really need help here

I had requested the sutherland staff to update and approve my pf details over the portal however there has been no reposne form them for almost 45days now and there is 0 connectivity with them and no ownership who can help on urgent basis

All the contact details mentioned on website are wrong plus i am really worry about my hardearned and saved money

Is this a fraud?

Sutherland fails to justify the forgery they have had committed in my relieving letter. Now the communication is the with the government, the judiciary, the opposition and the press.

While the nation celebrates 73rd anniversary of our independence day, may I use this platform to discuss an incident happened exactly one year ago, which I believe can list evidences of reasonable threat to our democracy. We essentially would need to protect the human rights of our people from the MNC s who ill-treat our people and challenge the dignity of our men and women. While exposing certain forgery committed by Sutherland Global Services, I would like to also ensure that the accused gets an opportunity to explain their version as well.

Dear Sutherland,

The attached 4 documents are prepared and sent to me by Sutherland on 29th October, 2018. Please object if any of the documents, or part thereof is not prepared and not electronically transmitted, by yourself. I essentially believe that these documents are purposefully forged by yourselves. Since these documents are sent to a citizen of India, and hold prima facie evidences of forgery, everyone including the dignitaries, officials and press has got an equal right to ask explanation on these documents. Unfortunately, you, being the creator of these documents, are responsible to help us with satisfactory explanation.

1. According to the email received from Sutherland on 29 October 2018, it clearly says under point number 6, that the “Relieving Letter” sent on 17 Sept, 2018. If that is true how can the Relieving Letter bear 29 October 2018 as the creation date ? (Ref pdf document disputed)

2. According to the mail transmission Report it confirms that email was delivered on Monday, September, 17 2018 at 7:48 PM. I appreciate the precision of time and date. However, how can a document that was made only on 29 October 2018, can ever be electronically transmitted 44 days prior to the actual creation date. (Ref pdf document Forgery)

3. In addition to the dates you also have manipulated the facts. According to the Relieving Letter my designation “Lead IT Help Desk”, which does not sound right to me. I have been appointed as a Sr. Customer Service Executive on 24 Jan, 2011 and have never been sent any communication notifying my promotion to a Lead role. I suspect that you have been trying to shield from the clauses of Industrial dispute Act 25M, 25 N. ? May I please know if you have requested permission from the appropriate government body about the genuineness and adequacy of the reasons for such lay- off? (Ref pdf Forged Relieving Letter)

4. Further According to the Full and Final Settlement pay slip, days paid are 12, if the last day of work, according to these documents is 6th August 2018, how and why you should pay for 12 days against 6 days work? (Ref pdf False pay slip)

5. On August 15, 2018, though my children have had invited me to the school, I kept away from the flag salute, first time as far as I can remember. Because that was the first day o[censored]nemployment in past 15 years. Please note that I have been attending your office at Marine Drive, cochin, until 14 August 2018. Since the attendance is marked digitally as well as the entry and exit details are filled in the visitors ledger kept at the reception, this cannot be a clerical error. May I please know how 6th August 2018 can ever became the last day of work?

I hope each one o[censored]s understand how miserable it would feel when one’s livelihood is unlawfully snatched away. Some people will not respond, while some others will respond violently to damage themselves and others. Let us have a different path here; let us address the disputes and finally close this case with most amicable notes, ideally with essential reparations paid to all the victims, including those who are silent. Let us address this at our earliest with essential transparency and integrity.

I was asked to leave the organisation as i have voilated company policy. I agree that i have voilated company policy and lost my job. I worked for 7 and half years in this organisation and iam not getting my relieving letter because of this voilation. I worked in sutherland global services trichy. I got relieved from 28/04/2017.
After 2 months of relive i ask my pf to human resource (Hr) in trichy centre but he doesn't obeys well and he treated as very worst on ex-employees from sutherland global services. I was working in sutherland (Thane) in sbi process claim department from jan 2013 to june 2013, even after serving notice period i was not paid my salary for 1 month, my attendance was regular and performance was good, still my salary was not been paid by the company and hr is not giving reason for the same. I had paid of rs 5000 as a diposit amount in godrej memorial hospital vikhroli for admission. My cashless is approved but i haven't received my refund last 5 months. I was told that i'll get my refund after 45 days. Mediassist only approved the claim but haven't paid to hospital. I'm getting tired of this situation please help me bcoz its very big amount for me.

The only company that reviews their employees salaries every 18 months or 2 years instead of every year in the name of no revenue. But Sutherland keeps acquiring small and big companies continuously. They pay very very less to employees. No 2 pay slips are similar. You have to be expert to understand company payslip and review letters. Most of the employees who want to grow along with company and had been working with may years were forced quit their jobs and choose to difference carrier paths.

NO feedback of my interview It is very painful to write that I gave a telephonic interview to Jessica in US for the trainers profile, two days back. I have called many times to HR but they have recognized my mobile no. so no body is picking my calls. In HR (mumbai centre), Dalaila is really cruel lady by heart. However, she is very sweet on your face but not in her actions. I have already escalated the matter to their press cell but still no response. This is absolute nonsense that you give an interview and then forget. Do not expect any feed back also. The position which I applied for is based in Chennai (velachery). It is also at the time when chennai is facing the worse floods ever. Do they actually need staff there at this time when evacuation process is going on.

I had a call from consultancy for a work position Process Automation Specialist for sutherland global services velachaery.i referred my friend's name who s Junior to me...they asked both o[censored]s to attend... Both went to interview...we both cleared first round.first round was tell about yourself...Manager said our profile is same they are looking into...second round director round... he also asked the same question...tell about your yourself and job profile...As a result my friend got selected and his salary 4.2 but wen i entered director room ...he asked the same question...Even I replied the same...but he told my profile s not suitable...he was not in the situation to look my profile...i felt then y they cald me for interview and y to select my friend who is junior to me saying that the same profile you were working need for us ...i was totally confused...after 2 weeks my friend cald me and said...Machan here in our team all 30 peoples are Hindhu...Den i realised y he was not ready to look in to my profile becoz im a christian...Still these type of peoples are in high position giving opportunity to their religion and caste and neglecting others...

I worked in Sutherland Kochi for 20months and the PF return I received was 6269Rs/- ...when I checked payslip and I saw that their deduction of PF amount varies every month for me, in the last three salary slips, my account was deducted with 395Rs/-, 420Rs/- and 1552Rs/- .This confuses me about the PF, I think company has been frauding me my salary, only now I noticed, unfortunately today only I understood that, and I don't have my pf...

Dear Sutherland Family, I am Thomas Puppala from Hyderabad, This is to bring to you notice about the injustice happened to me by your organisation. I am disappointed with Great MNC Sutherland Global Services Hyd. I have cleared all the rounds of Interview in SGS Hyderabad at Serilingampally before two months i.e. on 19-Sep-2013 and been selected for Financing and Accounts Operations process at Lanco Hills, Manilkonda. I have submitted all the documents on 26-Sep-2013 to Mr. Lizo, Mr. Amit Ware and Mr. Nikhil. They have offered me 1.75 Lac Per Annum CTC and They also informed about the joining date that would be on 6th of October 2013. Again, they have changed the date to 16th of October 2013. I have received my Intern/ Call letter with all the Salary details and Information about joining formalities and they have asked to report on 16th of October 2013 as mentioned in the email. Before one week of Joining, Mr. Lizo has called me and informed that client is not approving me to join as I am an under graduate. He informed that the batch which we have started is Pilot batch and client wants me to join next month. He also said that after 17th or 20th of November, they will definitely help to join after getting the approval from Client. I have begged him like anything but he didn't accepted. I have explained my all the problems but no use. Later on, I have went to Lanco Hills on 16th of October. Mr. Nikhil said that he will help me any how and he asked me to call on next Wednesday i.e. 23-Oct-2013. I have tried hundred times to reach on that day from morning 9 AM to 10 PM but no use. Next day, in the morning I have called him and he asked me to call on next Tuesday. Now, I am calling him from Tuesday to till date and there is no response from Him. Because of this Reputed MNC, I have wasted one month of Time and still waiting for there response. I felt very happy to join Sutherland to build my career but now all in Vain. Guys, there is no correct Interview process in SGS. Won't they ask the client about their requirements before hiring innocent people. If they say this to the people about process requirements, why they will attend the Interview wasting the time. After selecting and giving the offer, if they say that you are not eligible what will people do. They have no option to die because of this organization. People with serious feel very happy when they selected in the interview and if the same happens to them like me, they have option to die only because of the HR's in SGS. I have a friend of mine who is on training since July 15 under this company. Here are the perks they will receive during their training, free use of dorm for three months, free 2 meals (oftentimes they only have meat no vegetables) everyday except Saturday and Sunday. Those are the only things that they are enjoying in this company. And these are the negative things they are encountering while on training and I hope that's only on...

I've worked in 5 companies so far, This is my fifth company. There are 90% of things which are bad, like treating employees as cheap labors, heavy work pressure, the managers eating your incentives etc. Of all I find transport facility provided by them is the most dangerous and the worst. The cabs will give you 30 minutes time to board from the time you log out. But mostly you will be stuck with a call in the last moment. If you even go a minute late, they will leave you. The funny part is you are working more than you have to (9 hours, but if the call extends you will work at least 20-45 minutes extra for the company, for which they are not going to pay you.) On top of that you have to either wait for another one hour to get a cab or you have to go on your own. In Chennai transport is very costly and you will end up spending at-least 200 bucks minimum. Say, If you are applying for leave and it is not getting approved for some reason, you have to cancel it (though you don't know that the leave hasn't been approved. otherwise they have this punishment of marking you as " No show and if the same happens thrice in a month they will punish you by not providing the cab for 3 months. It's the worst way of treating people. Please don't join the company just for the reason of good salary, You won't get job satisfaction, you will not have peace and on top of all you will lose your self respect and money. This is the worst maintained cab facility of all companies. I don't think posting it here won't make any difference. But just the thought of letting some one know, who can do something about it tends me to post it here.
