[Resolved]  Suv Solutions Gujarat — Asking me to pay penalty even though I did the job

I got a call from [protected] on July 23, 2020 from this company saying that Iam appropriate for the job. They asked me for my id proof and a photo and 2 contact number. i gave them aadhar card photo and my passport size photo and they said i have to finish 1200 forms and complete it with 90% accuracy or else i should be 6700rs. Then a person from the head (as they say) called me for verification. then a mail was sent saying that are the legal agreements and they gave me a id and password. After that i saw the review and found out the fraudulence and i asked that person (who called me regarding job) about the worst review and she said that "a company will have both pros and cons, i[censored] finish the job correctly then you will be paid and i assure you for that" through a voice message. i asked her if i could back off from this before i started from she said no. then with some courage i started doing the work day and night ensuring the accuracy. On the 8th day i completed and sent the workload to the mail id they provided me and they asked me to wait for the QC report. After 3 days they sent me a pdf in that website saying QC REPORT HAS BE FAILED then i checked the pdf and found out that the mistakes was created by them because while doing that work i ensured there was no mistake. I was devastated. Then i called and messaged that person who called me for job and i didnt get a single response. then i got a mail from an advocate PIYUSH MEHRA on Aug 5 saying that i have to pay the amount or else i will face legal actions. i ignored that message and blocked them all. but then i got a message from a company number BR-SMSHLP saying that they have proceed the legal actions against me. and gave a number to call - [protected].

Kindly help me and pls make sure that it wont affect my future. please...!!
