I really feel bad to say persons who sit in suvidha kendra to facilitate public are actually doing reversal. They are totally unsupportive and harassed public. I m coming to rakh bagh, suvidha kendra, ludhiana to take death certificate of my father in law. And i took 2 days even when i m having dsn number. Firstly they issue me 5 copies only, after requesting for 10 copies. They started harassing me to come again after 5 days. As per govt rules, we can issue as many copies as we want. Why do i always pay 50/ rs etc fir it and come again and again. They don't pay attention to my plea and started misbehaving. After speaking to senior, they got ready to issue but kept me waiting till evening just bcoz i raised the voice Was this information helpful? |
