I visited Suvidha kendar nadala and get a form to change address in aadhar card.They have given wrong form.I again get a form from them and refilled and again got attestted by M.C.Third time, i visited there and the boy working at counter no.1 said that u have to wait for one hour bcoz ur token no skippeed.Bt our no was not skipped as he given us new form, we filled it attest it and came back again.The form was of a school principal who was a lady.Your employee didn't even gave respect to a lady who visited third time for a single work and that too for suvidha center mistake who given wrong form.And that boy misbehaved when we asked him that we visited third time and were there today at time of our turn.So kindly get our work done but he ignored us.He didn't even listened.I said that sir we are talking to u.Employee have no respect for customers and he didn't even given importance to this thing that a lady has visited for third time.I should get her work done firsrly.This behaviour was so poor.

I have applied for a correction in the birth certificate at the Amritsar Suvidha Centre in Chheharta. I have prepared all the documents as requested by them. It has been two weeks, and I'm facing a few issues. Firstly, they haven't been very polite in their communication. Secondly, there seems to be a change in the representative every day. Initially, they asked for a hospital bill, mentioning that the rest of the documents were fine. I provided the bill, but when I checked the next day, they pointed out that my mother's name was incorrectly written in Hindi on my Aadhar card. I corrected that as well. Then, they requested documents with the Tehsildar's signature. Despite going through all these obstacles, they now say that my father's name on my sister's certificate is incorrect. His name in my sister's certificate has 'Kumar' in the middle, but the surname is also mentioned. It's frustrating that they didn't mention this issue on the first day. We have provided more than enough proof as required on the official site. This whole situation is causing a lot of harassment. This is not the way a government authority should work. I request appropriate action to be taken. My mother is facing a lot of stress and inconvenience due to their unorganized process, having to stand in long queues every day only to face scolding. Please address this matter urgently.

I had applied for copy of Birth certificate of My son on 11/07/2022 at suvidha center MC moga
My application id is 37654630 After more than month of harassment I had not received Birth certificate till date. Moga suvidha center is saying it will be made by ludhiana suvidha center ludhiana suvidha center says it will be made by moga suvidha center I am helpless to get the certificate. Kindly register my complaint and take appropriate action.

Hello sir I am working insurance sector, last day (01/03/2022 ) I am attend a whatsapp call ( [protected]) and other side girl talking to me and remove her cloths and I am say no but she not stop and remove her cloths now I am say dont call me but after one minutes say me your video captured and she is blackmail me, I am say I am nor affered for you but today I am received a call [protected] to this number and say me he is from cyber cell delhi and say me I am arrested to you
I am say sir I am not upload the video that girl blackmail me but he is not lession to me
So I am complate this regarding plz help me

मैं आपको यह सूचित करने के लिए यह लिख रही हूं कि कल 10 अक्टूबर 2021 को सुबह 10 बजे 3 लेनदेन हुए। उनमें से दो लेनदेन- रुपये 100 और रुपये 9900 के हैं, जो मेरे खाते से ठीक 10:16 बजे डेबिट हो गए थे। इस कटौती से पहले हम जन सुविधा केंद्र गए, 10, 000 रुपये की धनराशि निकालने के लिए जो के ब्लॉक, शास्त्री नगर, मेरठ में स्थित है। वहां सुविधा केंद्र एजेंट मनोज कुमार, एजेंट आईडी:[protected] ने मेरा आधार विवरण लिया और अंगूठे के निशान को संसाधित किया। कुछ मिनटों के बाद उन्होंने कहा, मेरे खाते में शेष राशि कम है जो की 82 रुपये है। और मुझे मिनी स्टेटमेंट दिखाया। जो इस आवेदन के साथ संलग्न है। बाद में, क्रॉस चेकिंग के लिए, मैं अपनी पासबुक पर प्रविष्टियां करवाने के लिए यूनियन बैंक की शाखा में गयी। और प्रवेश के बाद, यह स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई दे रहा था कि मेरे बैंक खाते से 10000 रुपये निकाल लिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, बैंक अधिकारियों ने मेरी धोखाधड़ी को सुनकर मेरे साथ हुआ, मेरी मदद की और मुझे उस लेनदेन के लिए संदर्भ संख्या प्रदान की। इस लीड के बाद, हम पास की पुलिस चौकी गए, जो कि पीवीएस चौकी, मेरठ है और उन्हें बैंक से 10000 रुपये की कटौती का संदेश दिखाया। लेकिन उन्होंने बड़ी चतुराई से उन संदेशों को हटा दिया। जिसके बारे में मुझे आज सुबह तब पता चला जब मैं उस संदेश की तलाश में थी। इतना सब होने के बाद मैंने यूनियन बैंक कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल किया। वहां उस व्यक्ति ने मुझे लेन-देन का विवरण प्रदान किया- लेन-देन का समय 10:16 बजे था और भुगतान का तरीका आधार कार्ड के माध्यम से था। मेरे पास सबूत के तौर पर कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग भी है। मैं आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत नहीं हूं। कुछ दिन पहले, मैंने बच्ची को जन्म दिया, मैं अपनी बहन के घर रहने वाली सिंगल मदर हूं। मेरे लिए एक-एक पैसा मेरे और मेरे परिवार के अस्तित्व के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। कृपया मेरे पैसे वापस दिलाने में मेरी मदद करें। सभी संदर्भित डेटा संलग्न है।

But when I come over there
With my all documents
They said we don't accept online bookings
Then why govt. Made a website for people of they don't accept online bookings

The lady working here wasted public’s time, she kept using her phone while missing most of the time from her seat

My Mother and my Wife Went to a Suvidha Centre (Based in Municipal Office at Gidderbaha 152101) for change the Address of my wife’s Aadhar card.but first one Employee from centre not responded for 2hr after when my Mother ask him why hi can’t do her Work.then he say one name mistake in our Application.but the application also fill by the other Employee or our issue is only change the address not Name.Name is same as old one.we request you to please look into this Matter.

With due respect I want to state that i am doing gym in Patel institute of management and technology as I was college student i deposited three months fees but due to lockdown gyms were closed and as this was my final year and i got pass out in June and now my trainer is saying pay the fees again or leave the gym. But my 3 months pack is not over and he is saying I will not consider that pack

I want to update my daughter birth certificate about 3 months ago and when I went to Suvidha center malout they ask me to come tomorrow from previous three months and so I don't update my daughter birth certificate till now. Staff is also Mis behaving with us when I ask them to update the certificate.

I want to apply for my registry's certified copy from suvidha centre. I visited there at 8 in the morning. Due to Lockdown their time of working is changed from 7 am to 1 pm. When i visited they told me to get an appointment and then come. Appointments are not available. I need this document very urgently. The person sitting in the 24 number counter is not ready to listen my query because i am not having prior appointment.

I can understand this if that day they are having hue client deadlings . There is no public as its eary morning. Staff of the suvidha centre is chilling and they are not ready to work.

Many people/agents are there in the centre who demands money to done the work or this will be delayed for 2 to 3 moths because they will force you to give bribe if anyone wants their work to be done.

Sir maine apni marriage register karwa li hai.marriage certificate bhi bn geya hai lekin usmei pincode galt hai..mere sabhi document mein pincode sahi tha.lekin suvida centre wale ne apni taraf se hi galt pincode daal diya.mai army mei hu..abhi galt pincode ki wajah se meri marriage ka part to order bhi nhi ho reha.maine suvida kendr mei baat ki bole 15000 ka kharcha ayega..kyu sir mere sb document theek the to mai itne paise kyu du

It has been almost two months since I applied for my Backward Area Certificate (Applied on 19/01/2021). They told me to visit the Suvidha Kendra after 20 days to receive my certificate. I visited Suvidha Kendra for three consecutive weeks to claim my certificate but they always say to visit next week to have my certificate and doesn't even tell the time frame within which I can have my certificate.

Officials at suvidha center nakodar are not serious about their work . They are making people await for a really long time . They are either busy in personal work or doing their personal works . They are also taking bribe for doing work faster

Can you please tell me why there is only few suvidha centres are open in punjab? Not few i think only one centre per district. If problems are from operators side then we want them to suspend and reappoint who can work... Their life is not precious then people suffering for their lackness. If our police man, defence person or doctors can do work during the peak time of this Covid-19, then they can very well do this in such normal conditions.

I just want reopen all the suvidha centres in punjab. People very well educated... They knew their goods and bads. There is no excuse for not opening the Suvidha Centre view Covid-19 pandemic.

I have been trying to change the date of birth on adaar card. After much problems and continuous visiting to suvida centre got the application ready but did not get the adhaar card with the new changed date of birth. I waited for few months and checked after the lockdown only to find out that the request did not proceeded. I again visited suvidha kendra chajjalwadi, amritsar, punjab and they gave me a form and misguided me to have the stamp and signature of the sarpanch of our village. After i did all that and came to them they told me to have the stamp and signature of any castrol officer in place of the sarpanch. I am fed up of these regular visits and wasting my time which i can use for good cause. I kindly request you to take notice and take action on tarandeep singh and asuvidha provided by him at suvidha centre.

I have applied for my father's death certifiate coppies last year in june, but cant get yet.

As per rules and qualification i am eligible for economic weaker section (Ews) form but suvidha centre emplyees refuse me to apply for this form. They say ist gave me approval from tehsildar that i am eligible or not and pls help me i need ews form as soon as possible.
I checked all rules and regulation of ews form i am totally eligible for this quata, i request you thoroughly as i need this form very urgently please resolve my complaint as soon as possible

Dated 31/07/2019, Form Rejected DC office Due to All Documents Un-completed So we again Applied New Application Dated 16/10/2019 Again Form Rejected Due to Pass Book Not Attached online.

Sir I am Submitted all required documents to Sewa kendra's Employee. I don't understand why he is not Uploaded all documents as per Required,

Recently i visited suvidha kendra for my birth certification registration but every time they said their systems are not working. I was really surprised to hear the same excuse and annoyed too due to our poor system. Staff were busy on their cell phones even they were not paying proper attention to the visitors.

It shows the poor commitment of the government towards the citizen of their state. This project is being failed by the government of punjab.

I am very upset while submitting this complaint about our govt. Inconvenience . I went to the suvidha Centre to update my adhar card and provided all the required documents there. And after one month i went there again to know my application status and they said the biometrics were rejected and it was very disappointing that no body even tried to inform once about that. I don't believe that they didn't came to know at that time whether the fingerprints were matched or not and if they got to know about this later on then why they didn't make them responsible for informing this to the customer even once they just let it be like that.one more foolish thing they did that it was lunch time from 1pm to 2 pm and all the staff went outside were enjoying icecream treat even after 2 pm and the people sat over there were waiting in such hot weather and when i started making video about their carelessness and i was going to call the complaint authority after that they came and stated doing their task again slowly wasting time by gossiping with each other which is very shameless thing i had seen there by the workers. Not only this country is undeveloped but the people have not developed their minds as well they are feeling less they don't care about anyone's loss they are irresponsible against their duties.

I really feel bad to say persons who sit in suvidha kendra to facilitate public are actually doing reversal. They are totally unsupportive and harassed public. I m coming to rakh bagh, suvidha kendra, ludhiana to take death certificate of my father in law. And i took 2 days even when i m having dsn number. Firstly they issue me 5 copies only, after requesting for 10 copies. They started harassing me to come again after 5 days. As per govt rules, we can issue as many copies as we want. Why do i always pay 50/ rs etc fir it and come again and again. They don't pay attention to my plea and started misbehaving. After speaking to senior, they got ready to issue but kept me waiting till evening just bcoz i raised the voice

I am today at suvida khender kharar, dist-mohali, punjab where i am about get farad for my plot and i came early at 7:30 am to stand in queue to get a token and then i have to wait for my number for long 2 3 hours. Is this the good thing as we are living in a world of internet. Not only me facing this problem, the innocent people of villages are facing the same problem and no knows how to complaint.

I went to dera bassi suvidha centre at 3.15 pm on dated-10 apr 2019 to add my child name first time after getting birth certificate from municipal dera bassi, everything which is required was attached with form (My/father aadhar card, child original birth certificate and all the detail filled form after asking them) but they told me to come next morning. The reason was only that now they are going to leave the office when i request them they were doing next trick that server is not going well.
What is this? Only tricking?

I went to suvidha centre as i needed to renew my adhaar card. I visited suvidha centre at pahari gate, dharampura colony, batala.
They charged 150 rupees for my new adhar card. And a day before they charged 70 rupees to my mother for the same purpose. And the very next day they charge 120 rupees.
The staff is cooperating but that down mean that they can demand for how many they want. There should be a standard rate card so that everybody can pay equally. And the rates should be declared by the main head on the website too.
