Iam Vysakh Sukumaran Nair, from kerala kochi. This is my second time sending an email regarding the problem. They can't rectify the issue. Ima still facing issues with my vehicle. I have a Suzuki Access 125 and I am fed up with these service center stupids. I have told them the issue and solution. But they are not willing to check or verify. Even though I approached the local workshop and told them the issue, they said it was due to oil leakage. And I told them they were not checking. What kind of incompetent technicians are there in Suzuki motorcycles have. I will not recommend any one Suzuki. If the service is this much worse. How we can tell them to try Suzuki products? Simply a waste of time and money.
This is not the first time, every time after service somehow I will face issues. Is there any solution for this issue, or any recommendation from your end? Because I am fed up with these guys. I am attaching a video and some photos. Photos like they haven't even touched the engine area, still the dirt is there. If they checked, that area would be clean right? I don't know why they are doing this to us. Only money matters. I can't spend any more money on the service center. Please do something. Was this information helpful? |
