Product Not Working- Access 125

Respected officials,
I Mr. Abdul Salam purchased a vehicle from Valsam Motors PVT. LTD. ( RAJ SUZUKI) located at kayamkulam.
The vehicle model is ACCESS 125 DISC BT .
We regularly gaving our vehicle for periodic service to the same service centre. Now a days we have an issue with our vehicle. It's showing battery draining issues, and we complaint it to the service centre and they are not willing to attend our complaint. Please do the needful at the earliest.
We have an audio recording of the service request call made by us, i[censored] want for your future reference, we can attach it too .
No response from the customer care too.

Customer care complaint

I booked Gixxer 250 ( Naked Version ) on 21/10/22 at Surabhi Suzuki Madurai with promised delivery date maximum 10 days... After many days left no proper response from dealer.. I called many times about delivery date but till now they don't tell exact delivery date... I booked bike in native place but I want to go back to work and I don't have much time...So tell me exact delivery date or refund my booking amount...

Trying to false bill/cheating

I had given my new vehical for Service at Avanish Suzuki. The vehical was said to be serviced and delivered to me. But it was not starting back after the vehical was brought. I immediately called them at that moment and told them the vehical is not starting back up after I bourght from their place. They said it is already end of thir shift so they will send a persion next day to fix.
They did not send person next day and up on follow up with them again they said they are working with limited staff and will send the person next day again (Monday). Upon follow up again the person came and took back the vehical. After that the servicecenter calls me and says that the wire is rat bitten and I will have to pay 4500 again to fix it. They say irrespective of rat bii happened in the servicecenter or at my place. I pay for the damage because its a physical damage and company is not liable to pay for any physical damage. This is compleletely a harssament to a customer and I request you please help here.

I bought access 125 motorcycle on 16.10.2020 at NJ SUZUKI, Erode, Tamilnadu. from beginning onward we have faced self start problem due to battery. two services had at the same showroom and they made temporary solution for self start. thereafter our family switchover to tirunelveli, tamilnadu due to Covid-19, our job have transfer to tiruneveli, Tamilnadu. we done one more service at KIRAN Vehicle agency Pvt Ltd, tiruneveli on 06.09.2021....

I bought SUZUKI ACCESS 125 date on 13/06/2019
Vehicle no. MP49S6887. By Dev suzuki dealer. Distic Nurshingpur teh. Kareli m.p. I bought EXTENDED WARRANTY with my scooty. But it's not generated online in suzuki dms by dev suzuki dealer. Other dealer say to me your vehicle is out of extended warranty.
So plz help me

Found Engine remarks/ damages of SUZUKI ACCESS 125 DISC during free service/ warranty period

I bought SUZUKI ACCESS 125 DISC on 13 Jul 2020 Engine No AF[protected] and Chassis No MB8DP12DGL8251084 from SUZUKI MOTOR CYCLES M/s KHWAJA AUTOMOTIVES (P) LTD, 7/12, MADRAS ROAD, KADAPA - 516002(AP). The Engine of the said vehicle found remarks/ damages during free services/ warranty period. Now the Vehicle is handed over to show room.
I request SUZUKI MOTOR CYCLES INDIA to rectify the issues and instruct show room agency for necessary action on the subject

Hello,
Myself Pabitra Sankar Das, I am a regular user of Suzuki Motorcycle Since 2016. After purchase of Suzuki Gixxer SF (2019) New Edition on the last of Dec-19 from SEBA SUZUKI, Mayurbhanj, 757002, there was an issue relating to FRONT DISC BRAKE from the beginning. While riding the bike on bumpers, slightly rough roads and also plain roads there was an SOUND comes like Springs fallen or Something Fallen. On the other hand a major issue is when APPLYING FRONT BRAKE, the BRAKES become HARDER and I was UNABLE to apply those BRAKES which causes sometimes a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. I told the workshop personnel’s at your SUZUKI SERVICING CENTER regarding the issues, they take my bike regularly 2-3 days for check, After that, they checked/replaced Parts like ABS MOTOR, AU, ORING 4PC, SENSORS etc.. Till then, there is no IMPROVEMENT in the problem and the BIKE showing same Problems regularly which is so much Risky & getting worse day by day to ride the Bike in Markets & other roads.
After that, i launch an complaint regarding above mentioned issue on customer.[protected]@suzukimotorcycle.in bearing a Ref. no.CAS-103996-B2M6Z6. On dt.16.11.2020, received a call from no.[protected] and he said to go to the concerned Suzuki Showroom for check. After that, in the evening they took my bike and check/replaced as usual they do from the past few days regarding same problem, but till then there is no improvement in the issue. The Show Room Owner & Mechanic take my bike for test drive and told me that there is no issue related my complaint and also told Me that " You don't know when & how to use brakes" with a rude behaviour. They don't listen to me and unable to solve my issue and send a SMS behalf of Company that "your problem is closed".
So please kindly look into this matter earlier at your level.

5 year warranty sale and always refuse to provide services

I have purchased Suzuki access 125 in 2015 from petal Suzuki Ahmedabad Gujarat and at the 1 service time the service center person suggest for extended warranty of 5 year I have purchased 5 year warranty of my scooter and regular service to Suzuki service center but after last service on Nov 2019 I have problems so I have visit 2 time service center for problem but they service center person said it ok after lockdown my vehicle not working and some sound come so I have visit service center they just in 2 minutes your vehicle engine fail and it's estimate repaire cost 13400 I have told him how you know in 2 minutes and I have 5 year warranty of my vehicle hi say your warranty is lapse hi didn't do anything it is cheating and the service center told me your are not do service regular I have provided bill of last service on November but hi refuse and not allowed talk with Suzuki person I have allredy log on line complaint to Suzuki motorcycle website but till no reply last 5 day even any call from Suzuki just call come from service center and hi told me your warranty rejected

There is problem in abs in suzuki gixxer sf 2019 model still not resolved and it is unsafe to riding and service is poor as i left my bike for service after accident and got serviced but fitment is poor and missing items too when enquired about this they asking to bring the bike to their showroom but im living 450 kms away from showroom so i asked to transfer to nearby showroom but no response from them.

Poor Quality of Service after pending 330 Rs.

I am dissatisfied with the response I getting from dealer of suzuki access 125, I have spend 330 Rs for Regular service, after that I was facing starting problem and 150 km this problem become serious.
after 10 days I have re-approach the service center where they have clean Carburetor and charge again 115 Rs which is supposed to be cover in regular service.
