Sir, I am Umesh suvarna, having 1lcd tv sony bravia bx35, on yesterday 7th of april 2016 i had registered my complaint for Single line appeared while my tv switch on and below side was low brightness and upper side is normal brightness. And then, customer care people send sms to my mobile and promised to send their person as early possible. afterwards i had received call from a technician by his mobile[protected] and he promised to come 10.30 on today 8th april 2016, but till he was not came. and customer care no [protected] also not responding...i have lot of work and today i am spending my valuable time for waiting technician.
