I'm really fed up of sv customer care person and also from technician n manager from click on electronics, i had a problem in my led tv where display was not working but volume can be heared customer care referred click on electronics, technician came to our place he said that tv needs to check in our whole day rectify the problem and 50 inch led tv was taken by two wheeler and said that he ll delivering on the very next day, but he didn't do it postponed for another few days as there was no mother board panel received from concern person and later next day he said we got panel we need to install the panel n test run it n deliver tv in next day so i agree n next day also he said no we didn't receive n can't to do it, i forced him so he said we can't do it we'll return back the material n delivery came fixed the tv but he didn't plugged-in the switch while i was unavailable at home my mom's was there, once i came from office i plugged-in the corner display of tv was broken now from click on electronics they blame us as n delivery boy plugged-in and showed tv n sv customer care is not taking any action regarding this...
