Svm Honda, Ayanavaram, Chennai — New bike looks like a old one

I booked unicorn 160 last week in SVM Honda, Ayyanavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and told they will deliver in 2 days but it is more than a week i got delivered. Also, i paid the full amount while booking. Yesterday i went to showroom to take the bike but accessories were not installed and no senior person to deliver my bike which shows the lethargic of the management, some of the accessories were missed when we asked it is not included in the list but the truth is we already payed for it. Moreover, it doesn't looks like a new bike, i can say it is a test ride bike. The bike looks very dull and fade. Please take necessary actions on them and let them deliver a new bike.
