SVP — Village way vet.

I have been a customer at Village way vet in Advance n.c.sense he opened almost 30 years ago. Dr. B has worked with me on a payment plan because of all the rescue animals .At one point I had over 13 cats they all were spaded and neutered and all shots, they were well taken care of. When Dr Beeson told me he sold to you I'll be honest I was sad 30 years is a long time. So I spoke to the office manager about the payment plan and she said the books needed to be cleaned up so I pay my bill at the end of each month, like clockwork they never called me to make a payment . However this past Friday I took my dog to the vet and the office supervisor told me that I needed to pay my bill immediately that I wasn't able to get any of the medicine my dog's need until the bill was paid, I'll be honest that hurt a lot in 30 years I've never heard that I don't know what her name is yet but I suppose at this point I will go somewhere else because I've spoken to the vets in the area and they do have payment plans for people who will pay their bills and that's me but I'm hurt and I'm angry that I was spoken to like that.. the office manager was supposed to let me know ahead of time if I can continue to do this or not the supervisor came out of the blue and hit me between the eyes I am very disappointed please contact me my phone number is[protected] thank you.
