I saw the ad film on sab tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 27/8/17th for rs.1590/- of date. There is mis matched in belt size. The size is too big to fit me.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.[protected], [protected]. I am told that my complaint will be attended in next 10 days but so far nobody has attended to it. After 10 days i again called them, but they didn't pick my call i tried so many times tu call them but call disconnected after three four seconds after that i called from another number then they pick my call and said that my issue will be resolved within 4 days by 27/8/17 but i didn't get any resolution till date.
They said that why are you calling again and again. They said they have already my complaint but when i ask for complaint no. Then they refused to give any complaint number and said they will call back but till date i didn't get any call from sweat slim belt.
I would also request tv channels please do not promote such kind of companies on tv.
Please don`t buy this product we need to close this company i am also faced same problem. Was this information helpful? |
