Sweta — My car

Updated by Sweta Jalan I m super annoyed and disappointed with the service of global gallarie hyundai service center- Chandivali (Andheri east)... As my car had gone to them on[protected] for insurance because of some accidental damages. As promised they were supposed to repair and give my car by 10-11-16. So service adviser Mr sharad Pawar and Mr afnan were handling my car issues, Aft the promised date I called them they both started ignoring my calls. Even I email them still they were least bother to reply back. Than on 11-12-16 I visited the service center. Thr what I see is Mr afnan has left the job and Mr sharad is on leave. There I met Mr Mujahid to whom I told the story n requested him to deliver my car as soon as possible. He told me still the work has not started and will b done ASAP and assured me tht I will receive my car on 24-12-16. I had no option except to wait. As a reminder I called him 5 days before of promised date. He told me car will b ready till the given date. So, now on 26- 12-16 I called Mr Mujahid to ask my car status, as done earlier he too started ignoring my call... N later on Wts app started giving me false promises, tht the car is ready will b delivered in a day. Thn finally I visited the service center again on 29-12-16 and I met the senior Mr vinayak and again I got a false promise saying I will receive my car on 6-01-17... So today is 10-01-17 still not received my car. And no one bother to call me back to gv me the status.

So people here is the big shout... Kindly Dont give your car for servicing at Chandivali. As it's the big pain to deal these people...
