Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding an order we placed on August 30, 2026, with "Shree Bankey Bihari Misthan Bhandar" through Swiggy. We ordered 14 pieces of Bedai and 200g of Jalebi, but received only 4 pieces of Bedai and 100g of Jalebi.

When we raised this concern with the delivery person, he mentioned it was his first day and he was unsure of the process. The shopkeeper stated that they provided the full order.

As regular customers of Swiggy, this experience has been disappointing. I would like to know who is responsible for this oversight and how it can be resolved.
