Swipe Telecom — non rectify of problem | |||||
Dear customer care team, I have purchased a swipe elite plus mobile (Imei : [protected] and [protected]) through flipkart on 6 october 2016 (Invoice date: 9 october 2016). Within 5 months the phone was getting hang and i was not able to operate the phone. I promptly took the phone to your service center (We care) at dadar east for repair. The service center kept the phone for over one month without giving an alternative phone during this period and i had to follow up by personally visiting the service center on multiple occasions to check the progress. Finally when i received the phone, it again gave me the same problems immediately when i inserted my sim card. Since then i have submitted my phone twice at the above mentioned service center and the phone is still giving me the same problems. I have been completely frustrated with the product and service provided by your company. I request you to replace the product or refund my money promptly. I am also attaching copy of the invoice with this email. Please note that the service center hasn't provided any acknowledgment whatsoever for the servicing done. But till now I not get any proper warranty service from SWIPE ELITE COMPANY
They are only giving date by date
So, I want new Handset
