Swipe Telecom — Regarding Repair of handset | |||
Dear sir/madam This is to inform you that, i was purchased a swipe elite mobile in the month of November 2015 through FLIPKART. After some months my phone had some serious issue like 1) Its touch screen not working well 2) Its Volume and Power key is also dead. when i was know about these things i submitted my phone at swipe elite customer care office at Faridabad on the date 11/07/2016. After 2 months my phone is not repaired and they said that your are not dispatch spare parts of my phone and still my phone repairing is pending. When i was purchase your product i was very happy with the feature of the product but i am totally dissatisfied with your services. This is humble request to you please consider my problem as early as you can. Here i am attaching some document related to purchase and Repair receipts Was this information helpful? | |||
