Swipe Telecom — replacement handset (swipe elite note) | |||
I have purchased swipe elite note in 30/06/2017 from amazon.in vide order no.[protected], dt-24.06.17 (Invoice no.-dl-sdef[protected] and after 1 month there are huge problems showing it like battery problem, hang off, software problems etc started. When i contacted customer support they ask to go to service centre which is very far from where i leave (~30 km). As my phone is under warranty i want a replacement of my handset. Kindly help in this regards. Apart from this i also have the various other problems mentioned by some of the elite customers mentioned in this forum.
